Some high scores in the NBA last night. The Bucks and Pistons scored a total 280 points with the Bucks winning 150 to 130. Then you had the trailblazers who put up 147 points in their 147-127 win over the Spurs. Seems like something was in the air last night. I can’t remember the last time I saw 280 points being scored in a regulation length game but it certainly doesn’t happen every day.
I only watched the first quarter of this game. When I saw the score of the Milwaukee Bucks is already far as 40+ in the first quarter I already knew it will be a blowout game so I changed the channel.
They are known to be an offensive team but it's just the Pistons that lack the defensive effort. It have gone to 300 total if they didn't miss a free throw.
Honestly, Rui is not a good enough player just for the three second round picks, let alone Nunn, and I agree that Nunn is not good neither, if it was a straight up trade then I would say they are good, but three second round picks? That has to be terrible man, that's really not a good trade. Lakers basically do not have any picks left, they are trusting this team to either work very well and get a title next year (can't get one this year lets be realistic) or they will just suck for another 5-6 years in a row, not even tanking because they have no picks, they will just suck and that's it, end of story, don't even have a plan to get better.
No future plans win now strategy.
They are just taking advantage of the years remaining of Lebron James that's why they will risk their future to win now. Maybe it's Lebron who asked for it. But once they are done with them the Lakers team will probably get an overhaul just like how the Utah Jazz did it. They will probably trade AD in the future too as their ace to make a better roster.
For now, that trade is a win situation because they are in a rush and AD will be back, this will probably be their best chance to claim a playoff spot.
