That was Ben Simmon's stats against the Pistons hehe. It just doesn't make sense for a big PG not to make more shot attempts on a league that mostly favors offense now. It was less than 10 tries per game in their last four or five outings. This guy would be very lucky to have a contract extension that's close to his current salary if he keeps playing like this.
Tony Snell's stats in one game is far better than this one.
0 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 steals, 0 blocks in around 25+ minutes of playing. He's like having a cardio on that game.
Kidding aside, Simmons' stats right now is kinda questionable, but he doesn't have a stats like this all the time. Though we already know that he wasn't the Simmons that he was when he is on the Sixers, but the good thing is that he is playing already and trying to redeem himself. It's frustrating if you are a Nets fan, but one game isn't enough for us to judge how he is playing. His stats wouldn't matter if they won the game, but unfortunately they lost and worse is that they lost to a bottom seeded team in Pistons.
The 76ers won that trade as they are now a very good team, they are well balanced with offense and defense.
Simmons does not attempt to shot more, probably he had some phobia with his bad experience messing up in big game in the playoffs.
Well, base on how Harden and Simmons are playing right now with their respective teams, I think it's pretty obvious that the Sixers won that trade.
