Dallas Mavericks vs Brooklyn Nets game was sizzling hot.
KD and Doncic going at each other, answering back and forth on the offensive end, and it even went out crazy with them talking competitive trash.   Grin
We all know KD, he does that when he feels he is cornered. No one to lean on whenever they need offense while Doncic has so many options.
He is frustrated and it's normal.
There's a chance for overtime but he missed the 2nd FT (his 1st miss after 62 consecutive successful FT), so he intentionally missed the 3rd for another chance after a rebound.
They had it, but Royce seems confused about what to do, should've just thrown it to the rim and try his luck with their twin towers instead of looking for KD.
That will be their last meet this season.

It was one of the best matches I've ever watched. Both teams played great throughout the match, both Doncic and Durant performed very well. It was pretty sad that Durant missed the free throw, they managed to get the last rebound but they didn't attack well and lost the ball.
I would love to see this match go into overtime Smiley

Utah Jazz VS Los Angeles Lakers SCORE 139 - 116 - WIN

Just as I thought the Utah Jazz will surely win this Russell WestBrick is surely consistent now, he got 22 points, and Anthony Davis has 29 points, but surely it wasn't enough, because the Jazz got some beautiful spread, Collin Sexton got 17 points, Mike Conley Jr. got a double-double of 12 assist and 14 points, Jordan Clarkson got 22 points and Lauri Markkanen, got 23 points winning the game against the Lakers,
For the other 29 teams out there, watch out for this Jazz team because they might defeat you with their current roster.
No all-star player in their current roster, all role players in their respective teams last season.

What's good about the Jazz team right now is the way they are distributing the offense. Just with this game against the Lakers, 7 players are in double digits, and this shows that anybody from the team can just step up, lead the team offensively and get the win. They are currently at the top seed right now. The team that we all thought that will rebuild are the ones who are dominating the league right now.

Jazz definitely is a big surprise this season, I can't believe what they have achieved so far, this only means that they are here to compete to the playoffs. With their performance so far, I would not be surprise if they will rank at least in top 4 when the season's end.

JC will probably have his first all star appearance, good for him if that would happen.

I like how the new squad plays. They are covering one another, and they are sharing the ball right, unlike with the star cast Jazz, were
the ball was always in the hands of Mitchel.

We don't anticipate that they will perform like this, winning against top caliber teams even they are just new form squad. With JC and
Conley, who serves as veterans for the team, they are really competing so well.

If he's better coming from the bench then I think he should remain that way.
That might work but it will not work forever because good teams will just beat them on their starters. Westbrook is one of the highest paid NBA players, he should not be on the 2nd unit only, he needs to be a starter but he also needs to improve. Bring the old Westbrook who average triple double, or maybe a double is enough.

Of course it won't because time will come, the others teams in the league will find a way how to stop him to be this effective from the bench and just like what you've said, he should be on the starting line-up and not on the 2nd unit. Anyway, maybe coach Ham have a plan for Westbrook and this is just a first phase towards his return, hopefully.

The strategy was not effective because Jazz destroyed them by beating them with a huge margin. That's not the Lakers I know before, or if they had really made the right adjustment, they should be competitive, but this game showed they still lack big time.

With all 30 NBA teams playing tonight, I urge everyone to put a few satoshis on a 15 game parlay. Granted, nobody will hit it, but if by some miracle someone did get all 15 games right, that would be one hell of a win. Worth tossing a few satoshis at. I can’t remember the last time I saw all 30 NBA teams playing on one night, but it certainly doesn’t seem common. Take advantage!
Yes, it was new to me too. I did make a long 15 way parlay but it's gone now. In the first two early games I already lost it when the Hornets was defeated by the Wizards. I was expecting them to be better while the Wizards star Bradley Beal is on health and safety protocols.
Not my day.

Warriors won. Somehow, it's a relief. I wish this will boost the confidence of their young players as they really need them especially when their stars are resting. Steph Curry is savage. 47 points, 7-12 3pts.

And another win from the Utah Jazz. No Clarkson in the fourth quarter, not a problem because they have Sexton to patch it up.
Markkanen's rebounding power though is what made a big difference in the game. Zubac was the big men on the floor and yet the young guy is dominating them all. Bouncy jumps and very good boxing out method. Like the commentator said, "they are real".

I have known the Clippers to be better at attacking the paint, but in the last minutes of the game I didn't see that. They are forcing three's and it's too obvious, nothing is going in. The run made by John Wall should've been the spark.

Young and newly rebuild Jazz is really making their presence unlikely from how speculation comes around after trading both Mitchel and Gobert
and the rest of their starting cores.

Now they are simply showing that they are still in the competition by keeping on winning games, the chemistries and the teamwork
is a big factor to this newly form team, whoever come inside is really doing their job.

They are not afraid, and they are showing what they can contribute to help the team.

No one even expected that the Jazz will be on the #1 seed in the Western Conference, they are supposed to be tanking this season because of their situation and that they're on the process of rebuilding, while most of the stars like Gobert and Mitchell is now out of the equation. I bet the management didn't expect this to happen as well. But well, they've got what they're aiming for on the first place.

Even those expert on the field think that Jazz will do tanking just to get the chance to get the number 1 draft but guess all of those speculations got cross out because for what the performance show that they are good team to beat. Trading their stars create good impact to them since no stars in the team no problem because no ego will be hurt if some of them will be outscored or out perform that's why right now we can see a true team effort made by their young roosters.

I'd also add:

Miami Heat VS Portland Trail Blazers

especially in terms of covering the point spread, the Miami Heat are 2-7-1 against the point spread in their last ten games with a loss of -5 units and the Portland Trail Blazers are 7-2-0 against the point spread in their last ten games with a profit of +4 units

Anyway, I'd hit MIA -8 @ -110 (1.91) odds worst.

Sad to say but the Miami Heat just got their ass grilled by the Trail Blazers, and right now it is not looking good for the Miami Heat, but however judging by the injuries of the Miami Heat which is Omer Yurtseven, Victor Oladipo, Tyler Herro, and Udonis Haslem, while the Trail Blazers have Olivier Sarr and Gary Payton II which in my opinion the Heat was on a disadvantage because of their injuries,

Here is the result of my picks for today's game,

Indiana Pacers VS New Orleans Pelicans SCORE 129 - 122 - LOST

I was shocked by the performance of the Indiana Pacers Zion Williamson got 26 points, and Brandon Ingram just got 29 points, for the Pelicans, while the Indiana Pacers, Jalen Smith got a double-double of 11 rebounds and 15 points while Myles Turner has the incredible performance this night, 12 rebounds and 37 points,

Philadelphia 76ers VS Phoenix Suns SCORE 100 - 88 - LOST

I really thought that Joel Embiid will not be at his 100% performance but look at him in the entirety of this game, and Chris Paul has frozen his score from a triple-single 2, the Suns got a beautiful spread, but the highlight was the 76er's Tobias Harris and Georges Niang both got 21 points while Joel Embiid got a double-double of 10 rebounds and 33 points,

Memphis Grizzlies VS Boston Celtics SCORE 106 - 109 - WIN

It was a very close game, Desmond Bane got 19 points while Ja Morant has the highlights or 30 points, the Celtics got Marcus Smarts with a double-double of 12 assists and 15 points, Jaylen Brown got 21 points, and Jayson Tatum with an incredible night of 39 points,

Golden State Warriors VS Sacramento Kings SCORE 116 - 113 - WIN

It was another pretty much close match, Domantas Sabonis got a double-double of 14 rebounds and 19 points while Malik Monk has 24 points, and De'Aaron Fox has 28 points, while the Warriors this time it was Curry that is lifting the team high, Andrew Wiggins got a double-double of 10 rebounds and 25 points while Stephen Curry got 47 points, winning the game,

Looks like Dwight Howard wasn’t able to convince the Golden State Warriors to offer him a contract. I’m a bit surprised nobody in the NBA wanted to sign him. He’s still one of the best bigs in the league in my opinion. Instead, he’ll be playing for the Taoyuan Leopards in Taiwan. He’d better be careful over there and not get himself into a Griner situation. I bet he absolutely dominates that league though.

Sounds weird too. Dwight Howard is also rich when it comes to experience. But we do not know his demands either, maybe he wants a minimum playing time. Another thing is GSW is already filled with lots of players and every slot to them matters. Maybe they prefer the younger ones because they believe they can be developed into future stars for the team.

But the other teams in the NBA though can use Dwight Howard. The Miami Heat and Brooklyn Nets for example are teams that might become a little better with Dwight Howard.

Trading Russell Westbrook is not the solution. Can you explain how the Lakers will improve their record once Russ is traded? They can even do experiments not to allow Russ to play but don't want to. Russ is still a good player to consider and trading him is not even a good solution.

Fortunately, there are Lakers who are stepping up now. If their consistency will be maintained, the Lakers will have a good bench squad.

I think by this time the Lakers did whatever is necessary to do to improve their game but things are not really going well for them this time and they might gonna consider trading Westbrook just to get out of this mess. Maybe if he is not in the team anymore, they will gonna improve since they already won a championship without him, it is possible that they can easily get to the NBA playoffs if they somehow find a way to improve because right now it's really hard to compete with the other teams while they still lacking the most important thing and that is to win more games than losing.

Instead of improving their rooster they still get veteran and unreliable rooster that's why it affect to much on their game. Maybe the salary cap hit them badly because they already have a huge contract with their big 3 and they take a hard time to dispose on of them so I guess their struggle will continue if they will not trade russ this season or even on next one.

If you win on this 30 game parlay are you going to split some of your winnings with us?  Cheesy

I can't remember the last time I ever saw all 30 teams playing in one night either.  I kind of wish they did this for tomorrow being that I'll now have to focus on the Monday night football game as well as the Chicago Bulls game, and less so the other NBA games that will be on.

Speaking of the Bulls, we are struggling a bit.  Not coming out of the gates hot like we did last year.  We need Ball back so badly.

I just bet on all the favorites of the 15 matches today in NBA and the total odds is 734.01. Not bad. I am not expecting to win but, wish me good luck guys.

That is the effect of getting big 3 with humongous contract, they do not have space to get decent role players. All they can afford are veterans in minimum contract. Now it is a problem to them because two of the big 3 is already injury prone and the other one is not performing the way he should be. And even if they play together, they do not have role players that can support them to sustain a lead or get wins. They still have plenty of time to make roster changes, maybe we will see one soon.

I already tried lots of times betting on a 4-5 game parlay with "only favorites" and most bets failed lol. That's why just imagine how difficult it is for a 15-game parlay even let's say just tossing a few satoshis and will choose odds playing around @1.1 - @1.3 for a quite a good chance of hitting those.

Maybe it's better to consider not only Favorite but also try to pick a good-worthy handicap bet or O/U totals.

Anyways, good luck to those who will do that.

It only means that the Lakers have to work better than everyone else. They're now dwelling in losses and if this continuous then this is going to be another sad season for the whole Lakers and the investment that they've taken for these players are not worth it.

I do not think it is a total loss, not just yet. Everytime I see Westbrook taking control of the ball, there are always easy two's for Lebron or Davis, whoever is available. I think they are getting the right plays but the fire power is really not yet enough. I think they will start winning when they secondary units starts to be comfortable with each other and their outside shooting is fixed. It is early in the season and a lot has to be done but I right now, I see some sparks of improvement.
They have to restrategize and think on what part they can be used at maximum. Yeah, we're seeing that all of them are being used and showing the best of it.
But what they lack of is when they're being lead on by their opponent and it's like they're no longer playing as a team. Maybe this isn't on their end but maybe on the coaching side.
It's hard to say but this is just me, as a fan and that's what I've noticed as someone who watches the game but no idea what's actually happening and being discussed in the bench.

They individual want their stats up that's why they are struggling to get a better rotation then get a win. If they change their mindset and allow their teammates to do their job especially on scoring or other things they can contribute well maybe we can see a better lakers. They should not focus only on WB,Davis and LBJ only they should try different rotation or combination since maybe they can see which of them will fit together.

I think Darvin Ham is doing  that, in the last couple of games, they are not focus on their big 3, but the problem is that the second unit are not producing numbers for them. So if Lebron and AD sit, usually their opponent make a run and it's hard for them to catch up once the team took the lead because they have lost their momentum already.

So I don't see the Lakers really improving this year, and I will say that their teams is better off last year as compare to this season. Only bright thing for the Lakers this season is Lebron breaking records but that's it, not seeing them as going to the top of the West.

Instead of improving their rooster they still get veteran and unreliable rooster that's why it affect to much on their game. I just made a parlay on stake picking all the favorites tonight moneylines and its 751-1. I wouldn't say pick all the winners but if you throw some spreads in there and maybe a couple upsets, someone could probably get 30000-1 odds.

Jesus, I just checked if you took all the underdogs moneylines tonight and won. 130,895,862-1 currently. That would be a win lol.
