The Warriors have no doubt the popularity of the championship, as long as the current Durant + Curry + Thompson + Green is healthy, then the Warriors will always be the biggest favourite to win!
The Houston Rockets can only hope to win a dream if they want to win!

Don't forget another great player in their team, the new one, Cousin. Some say that he is not that great player since he just got from the injury but even though he is, he can still help his team greatly even if he is not always in the court. Houston might their chance but it depends on how their newly built team will do in the new season. There are a lot of great teams to look out for and I don't know what will happen to Kahwi.

Having Cousins put a lot of depth on Golden State right now. Golden State team is built not around centers, that's why they traded Bogut as far as I can remember. But having Cousins will give them another options, if the outside shot is not working, then they have have Cousins works on the painted area to score or even a bait and throw passes outside of 3's.
This is the reason why GSW's lineup is more dangerous that their lineup last year because of getting Cousins. Warriors doesn't have good centers if we can see but they have lots of shooters. Looney and McGee is an average centers and they are nothing against the other centers but the addition of Cousins that can shoot threes and at the same time, can pass and can dominate the paint makes them the choice of the crowd as the champion of 2019 NBA season. If they will have a good chemistry next season, they have the higher chance to win again.

At the same time, GSW will be more prone to technical fouls because GSW has the most technical fouls and ejection last season and we know that Cousins is prone to technical fouls too.

Hahaha. GSW needs to control Cousins and I think him and Green should somewhat check their emotions. Anyways, sometimes this players are just carried away specially if the game is close. Green though is more mature if he can be a good role model for Cousins then it will really be a bonus for the team.

Lol. Did you watch last year? Houston Rockets almost made it the finals if not for CP3 getting injured and didn't play games 6 and 7. They could have snatch the championship last year and they are really close. Having said that, they can still be considered as favorites again this year together with GSW on West and Celtics and 6'ers on the East. I don't want to comment on the Melo thingy, though, lets just all wait and see if he still contribute and help Houston win games. Grin
"Almost" doesn't count.
Reality wise, though they fought a good game against the Champ but suddenly they didn't get this one, we can consider them as also one of those good contender for this years season and see if how things change up after the defeat last conference finals, the coaches adjustment and the players chemistry
is really important both harden and cp3 wants to have a ring maybe they will try pushing it for this season after they blend last year.

I'm also picking Warriors to get again the championship next season but at the same time, I am picking Rockets too. If you can see, the Rockets almost beat the Warriors but they lost because their star player Paul got an injury and that is the reason they lost in that series. If CP3 will be healthy all throughout the season and the playoffs, there is a chance that they can beat Warriors.

These teams are completey stacked, especially with Bron in the Lakers, Cousin moving onto the Warriros, this is complete madness, I think these teams have potential on winning the playoffs, but again it is unpredictable, just like BTC's unpredictable price as well, Bron and the Lakers are probably still making plays, it is a downside, because since LeBron is in the lakers, he'll probably take control ov how everything flows, on the other hand, GSW has gotten that chemistry and since Curry and Cousins are close, then I think that there will be no problems between them. I am completely a Warriors fan ever since Baron Davis has played, and yes call me a bandwagoner or anything, but I will still support GSW no matter what.

This is also good for sportsbetting, I think betters will have a hard time picking and deciding which is which, since these teams are completely stacked, hopefully, it'll be a good season for the NBA. Goodluck with all the sportsbetters out there!

Yep, its really good to see that NBA sports betting next season will be more exciting specially if some underdog teams can pull a upset down the line. So much drama going on in the West that everyone totally forgot that East can still go against the best as what the West can offer so I'm excited to bet on a lot of underdogs this year.

I am not saying that betting on certain team is bad but just look at the players of every team. If you will just always bet on some teams straight until finals, I guess you will be having more wins than losses.

Some teams are over powered with a lot of great players in one team, especially the Golden State Warriors. Cousins on their side? I don't know when will this team be having a time our on wanting the trophy, I guess the only one player that needs to be in their team is Lebron himself.

Lol people talk yet not vote, right now raptors seems to be the highest voted with one.
I bet warriors wins this year too, as long as they do not beat themselves, no one else will beat them so this year if they play like they always play there will be no reason for them to be beaten.
I already did vote mate and GSW is my choice, thanks for the reminder though.

I was surprised with the rockets series since it was easily beatable for a team like gsw yet they failed to finish quickly, I know harden and cp3 is good and all but this is gsw we are talking about. I feel like this year will be easier.
The Rockets lack the a caliber player like Kevin Durant. If Durant have not joined the Warriors, they will not be champions anymore. Harden and Paul are not consistent offensively when it matter the most, we saw that in the GSW vs Rockets series.

Melo once again said he is too good to come off the bench. The problemetic part is not that he declines to come off the benc, rockets have a tight depth so they need to play carmelo in starting spot anyway, however the issue is that he still sees himself as a good player that can contribute well.

I mean he is still a decent player considering there are hundreds of really useless players on NBA but this shows that he hasn't acknowledged that he is not what he used to be.
We all mocked how melo is not who he used to be and how he declines to come off the bench and even in rockets he is talking about how "he knows the game and won't come off the bench" and so forth but we are forgetting he is now getting paid min salary in rockets.

OKC sent melo away and atlanta paid him off to play somewhere else yet if you offer carmelo anthony to any team  on the league for minimum salary, everyone would take him, he worths a lot more than the min salary, he doesn't worth 27 mil a year but he doesn't worth min neither.

OKC has 4 decent  players brodie-pg13-adams-roberson, if okc got an offer for min salary melo they could have gotten him, it was the 27 mil that made him unwanted.

I am honestly looking for more exciting season compared to what we had in the past. Moreover, in my guessing, there will be no big differences in 2019 season from 2018 as most star players will continue to entertain us.

I think boston has a big chance to win the eastern conference for incoming season while in the western will be though for gsw to win this conference since almost all the big name are now in the west and getting great roster every team, this would be a western season and not NBA season i think.

I'll be rooting for the Warriors, home town team.  But in all reality they are only capable of being beat by their own mistakes.

Lebron alone will not lift up the Lakers, he still needs a lot of support.  Maybe for the 2020 season I'll have a different perspective.

And really, OP?  You left the Cavilers out of your poll?  Ok, they lost their star, but Lebron was not the only talent on that team.

This season I will also bet on Rockets, even if Melo is unsure attack option and defensive side might be a struggle (Ariza left).

I don't know what is the Rockets are thinking, they don't have that much power on offense and I think they really want to fight there enemies offensively, we don't know what will happen but I guess that will really be a thing.

Also, I am looking at LA Lakers line up and I guess Lebron is really being surrounded by good players, I don't know how will they play but they are also a team to look for.

Of course, wherever the king goes is where the eyes are. With so much popularity and exposure for lebron, I think the lakes will lure the attention of every team while the golden states are lurking and waiting to gab the Larry obrein trophy for the third time.

It is not that King is in the fans eyes but it just that every one is expecting something to what will happen to the revenge of Lebron to the GSW to the past NBA Finals. Everyone is expecting that the King will have this revenge every seasons but that is not happening especially with his team last season. With Lebron having great teammates this season, his fans are expecting more though some Laker fans are not happy with it.

I only have 3 teams on my mind that can dominate the league and as usual Golden State Warriors will remain as the people's choice on this season.

1. GSW
2. Lakers - as always we've been following Lebron James.
3. Houston Rockets
