The key to defeat GSW is the heart to defend them, we knew that most of the players of GSW played with heart and dedications even those who are in the 2nd line, they are superstars treatment coming from the coaches, if a team wants to defeat them they need a chemistry and full dedications to play together both in offense and defense, lebron are uniting with players who loves to compete like rondo and stephenson together with the young generations superstars the team is also competitive for this season.
Still impossible for Lakers to beat GSW this upcoming season even if they will give it all. As if GSW won't give it all. With Cousins addition, they are more superior compared last season. Imagine they can dominate both inside and outside shooting. With their line up, sure thing, they are going to be the Champion again. Don't forget those five are still in their prime.

This season I will also bet on Rockets, even if Melo is unsure attack option and defensive side might be a struggle (Ariza left).

I don't know what is the Rockets are thinking, they don't have that much power on offense and I think they really want to fight there enemies offensively, we don't know what will happen but I guess that will really be a thing.

Also, I am looking at LA Lakers line up and I guess Lebron is really being surrounded by good players, I don't know how will they play but they are also a team to look for.

Of course, wherever the king goes is where the eyes are. With so much popularity and exposure for lebron, I think the lakes will lure the attention of every team while the golden states are lurking and waiting to gab the Larry obrein trophy for the third time.

Last season I really believed in Rockers and I think that if CP3 could have played, they would definitely win with Warriors.

This season I will also bet on Rockets, even if Melo is unsure attack option and defensive side might be a struggle (Ariza left).

Too early to talk who will be the champion next season. Players are still weighing where or which team they will go. Still the Golden State Warriors will be the barometer of all the teams in the NBA. Lebron James will be recruiting an army of star players so he could dethrone the Warriors this year.

Lebron dont have a plan to defeat the GSW this year, as you can see, they're signing vet players for a 1 year contract. Next year there would be another set of superstars who will be on the free agency including Leonard. In 2019 the Lakers will have enough cap space to sign superstars. Just like Magic planned every step he can to bring back the Lake show on stage.

Probably this year will be a good test as to how Lakers team will blend in with Lebron as their leader. The team is very young but there are a lot of veterans like Rondo that can guide this youngsters. It they can get to the playoffs then it will be a big boost for them but I wouldn't be surprised in they don't pass the first one. As for the Magic's plan, it could work so let's see how the Lakers will be next season.

He doesn't have a plan because he know himself that he can't beat the Warriors by himself and this means that his Finals appearance streak will be over. He will do it next season where the Lakers Franchise will get superstar players like Leonard and other players. I don't expect too much in the Lakers right now because for me, they can clinch the playoffs maybe but they will never go into the WCF unless the young players will step up. This is my opinion and prediction Cheesy.

Even Lebron James have plan GSW is so hard to defeat because there's a lot of star player there and most of play there can match to Lebron like D.Green,Durant and more i think he need good center and good power forward that can match to the line-up of GSW then don't forget Curry that can shoot in all spot of the court and three pointer of Thompson with quick release so they are really solid

I think the champs this year will either be the Warriors or Rockets.  I don't really see any other team being able to compete with their offenses.

I agree. Those two teams are just above the rest. Specially adding Cousins on the center position. They are going to be unstoppable in both defense and offense.

This league has become a three point shooting league so that is what it takes to win in this era.

The league has evolved as well. Now its dominated by the shooting guards like Curry and Thompson and others. Gone where the days we see Centers dominating the paint with monstrous games like Shaq did in his prime.

It will be interesting if another Shaq type player comes along and turns the NBA upside down again with dominant inside play.

I think we still have one left who is a true center right now. And he plays with Golden State. I truly believed that Cousins is one of the few true centers left in the league, capable of dominating the game. However, as I have said, the plays has evolved but I'm sure that centers still make an impact, they can still bang just to get that offensive rebounds and dunk it over like Shaq or Robinson or Hakeem.

I agree with you. NBA has been revolutionized by three point shooting that some centers are now shooting threes too. Baynes, Lopez, Embiid and many more. Since we are speculating right now into who will be the champion of the next season, I will choose warriors to be the champion AGAIN because I am a WARRIOR fan but I don't put away my eyes into Rockets because they have the power to defeat the Warriors. I don't see Lakers to win right now unless they will gain chemistry in the early start of the season.

There are a lot of assumptions about that since GSW is really OP right now. The contract of Cousins into GSW will be a huge impact, another percentage added to them being the 2019 NBA Champion but Lebron is on LA, I think we still need to see what will happen.

It is, REALLY! and it will be a long time again until we see another players dominating the inside plays, it is more excited in the past where the plays are really getting in and dunking it in, times like Vince Carter

But we can see that Warriors and the Rockets still carry most of their team from last year so they are clearly the favorites again. But its going to be interesting to see Lebron wearing the Lakers uniform and with his new crew. Perhaps they will be considered as well because we all know that Lebron has proven time again that he can carry a team and will do everything specially he is already in the Hollywood now.  Grin
