I do not think that it is necessary to allocate a certain year for the development of ICO. A good project can always show its potential even in difficult times, but when the market is growing it is easier to do.

I guess they're having pure assumptions here because of the ICO replacement with the STO or Security Token Offering which will give investors more benefits and security with their investments. When this STO moves then the industry for new coins will boom again. Expect less scams and fraud when this STO has been implemented.

We should be positive but nothing is clear.We hoped that 2019will be the good year but till now nothing impressive.The market conditions say that upcomming year is bringing something better for ICO.

Time will can tell about that is hard to say everything now. But I think all will be there and scam projects will be there too as long that scammer is on earth it will still do what they always do. But hopefully by 2020 everything will be good so we can have a good year too.

talking about ICO conditions in 2020 I think it's quick to think about, because we all don't know for sure what will happen in the coming year, optimists may be as long as they don't rush to believe that 2020 will be the best for ICO.
