we don't know whether 2020 will be like 2017 which has the best ico and many benefits to investors, maybe if the ICO scam is stopped then we will see victory in 2020
I bet we will see better and baddass projects in 2020 simply because bitcoin halving is 2020 ,since what most devs care about is market condition and fear of dumping there tokens 2020 will be a better target for upcoming projects and that doesn't mean there won't be scam projects too ,profits is all we care about isn't it?
Lol scammers don’t care about the market conditions as long as there are lots of stupidity happening from investors.and how sure you are that 2020 is the halving season for bitcoin?is there something in your visions that tells this will be happening?lol dont mislead people because we had enough of this the whole 2018 and 2019 starting to do so 
Its very optimistic meaning, i think ico age past, soon we see some another investing platfors how bakkt and others.
Time will tell what will happen to the market further and growth of course will only predict it no one can. This will happen when many already have no faith in it.

I myself am not very sure of the growth of the ICO, some investors that I know reduce asset trust in the ICO "trade better than ICO investment". ICO scam has a negative impact on trust and interest in crypto, and all ICOs can also be identified as scams. 
2020 year is good for cryptocurrency. or maybe just for bitcoin. but not for ico. i think it will turns in something else.

I think that in 2020 the demand for ICO will grow as the market will be more stable in the sense that it will recover. so I think that will have demand IEO as it is a viewpoint and a new direction. As far as I know Binance has launched this function on its stock exchange.

yes what we, investors, all care about is profit. But I do not think ICOs will flourish in the coming years as there will be enough of them. in 2020 no one knows what will happen with ICO ... but all of us can only hope for the best ... until now in my opinion the best year for ICO is 2017 ...
