Everytime woul be best for our coins because sometimes whales or some big investors are playing the price of specific coins and they are pumping this for a while before withdrawing their funds to make quick bucks.
But i believe that 2020 is really a better option to plan selling our coins

I don't see any point in anticipating the future. Cryptocurrencies are too unpredictable. The best way for me to earn money is to earn here and now. So I don't think the best way out is to wait for 2020. It doesn't make any sense.
Maybe if the holder keep their holdings until 2020 thats the big question but if they know what is patience they will able to wait.
