We can't tell exactly which coins to buy or even is it good to buy and sell. It just depends on how the market condition with different technical analysis and then it depends on your budget as well for maintained profit. Every day could be their up or down on certain coins so every coins have their own shiny moment which really hard to determine which coins to buy where I think you don't even know what you are doing here.

I believe we are after the period of optimism, meaning the decline could be temporary or more prolonged like a cycle but I think the current effects of government, geopolitics won't convince me thoroughly and so that buy more Dip. Atom, Matic, ETH are the options that I need to buy more and increase my holding in 2022. I will not dump any in this bear market.

I also think that buying and selling something doesn't depend on what year, but it really depends on how the profit amount looks and the target is as desired, so it's clear that buying and selling has nothing to do with what year.

2022 first quarter was extremely bear but it recovering well. Bitcoin now trading above 46k while Etherium above 3400 which is bullish signal. I think first quarter was buying opportunity for all short and long term holders. Now every coins up 50% at least from previous down. Now if market remain stable coin will more but at the same time there is Chance of market down If Bitcoin rejected.
