I don't think there is a specific time to buy and sell, because the cryptocurrency market is not completely predictable. There are some coins that it's time to sell, but at the same time there are also coins that are right to buy. So it depends on us, we are doing research on which coin, if the coin we are analyzing shows when to buy then make a purchase and vice versa.

2022 should be the year to buy and hodl bitcoin, diversify your investment on top altcoins and wait patiently to the end of the year. This year crypto market demands us to buy the deep. Selling altcoins should be by next year not this year when the market turns green fully.
Bitcoin and any other top 20 altcoins are good for this year investment but invest in what you can't afford to lose

Time to buy always but not have chance and do not know when have to sell coin and earn profit, trough middle year on 2021 I have buy back several altcoin as long term investment and hope can earn profit on 2022 with selling on higher price, but bad news and FUD make by Russia have my dreaming selling on higher price pending and waiting until price back to higher price. I want to earn profit maybe next month and hope all my investing altcoin can reach to higher price and keep consistent to sell on good price.
