I like to see Courtney Vandersloot shooting more. She is too shy to make a field goal whenever he gets the ball and I think that is because of the superstars in their roster. Somehow she already found a way to lessen her turnovers but the shooting thing will help a lot as she can spread the floor with her speed.
Then there's Marine Johannes. This French lady has some hot hands too. 4/7 in distance shots. That's 57 percent which is high and yet they only used her for 20 minutes. Once she gets her rhythm it will be difficult to stop her unless the defense will focus on her and that will give Sab and Stewy a chance to score more as the floor becomes spacious. There's even one time in the fast break where Johannes just threw the ball and it went in, she has the hands, and all those 4 shots that she made were unbelievable. All in a bad position and yet it is going in.
Just look at how ridiculous these shots are.

In that fourth image, one-legged Dirk Nowitzki moves in the three-point line. That's absurd.
After that, she became a threat and the Aces had their eyes on her. This is where Sab and Stewy should come in, or maybe Laney.
I cannot wait for Game 2.

Atleast you have watched it, well we haven't got a game in the NBA and even though I am watching the Preseason for the NBA it's likely not enough because they will not show to us the juicy part on every game there, but we can surely watch the new roster for a team,

Well in the WNBA in the other hand is in there finals so this is going to be an intense game for sure even though there is no alley hoop action and dunks in the WNBA but still a worth watch once the NBA doesn't have a decent game, well in this game it was a close game both of these teams was in the 1st and 2nd seed going into the play-offs so it is a great game to watch,


That is why the Las Vegas Aces is defending the New York Liberty with the 3 pointers because they know who they will defended, but for sure in the WNBA has great shooting players but the New York Liberty only rely on Sabrina Ionescu, and because of that their 3 pointer shooting was shut-off, while the Las Vegas Aces, got many players that are shooting beyond the arc, well in the 2nd half the Las Vegas Aces has found a way in takling the Liberty with the pressure with 3 pointers,

Jackie Young and Kelsey Plum exploded, this is what New York Liberty lacks, shooters. Yes, they have Sabrina Ionescu the best three-point shooter in the league but when she is locked down and being defended well it takes out her opportunity to shoot. The Liberty needs to spread the ball more.
Stewart and Jones did their thing, I wish Laney and Vandersloot would step up their game in Game 2. Those two are the key players that could make them win this game.
Laney can contribute and I saw that during the Semi-Finals where she had been the best player for consecutive times. She needs to score more while being good at defense too or else this will be over quick. Time for adjustments.

I watched a bit of it, out of boredom, hahaha.
After the first halt I thought NY might have a chance here, but then came the 2nd half.  They totally fell apart and the game was basically over after the 3rd. You saw it in the players faces.

The next game is in 3 days, again in Vegas. If they want to keep the series open they have to find a way to play a solid 40 minutes, not just 20 like today. If they go down 2:0 you can say it's pretty much over.
The way Vegas is playing they won't give away a 2:0 lead I think.

I completely missed the start of the finals for the WNBA It was a close game for sure and surely I never thought that the game was early but maybe I was busy with the other bets for the UFC, and Bundesliga, and it is the start of the Preseason for the NBA but for sure you don't really need to take the preseason into consideration as long as no major injuries have happened, then Preseason is doing OK,

Right now I think you have bet for the New York Liberty as both the Las Vegas Aces and New York Liberty are the ones that are on top of the Bracket for the WNBA and now they are facing each other but for sure the New York Liberty is on the lead in the 1st half but eventually the Las Vegas Aces have manage to take the lead from the New York Liberty, for now, I might miss the 1st game completely but this is going to be my guide for the next confident,

Finally, here we go for the WNBA Finals.
It will be tomorrow at 3 AM here in our timeline so I guess I will not be able to watch it again and would just watch the highlights of the game when I wake up.

My bet is a biased one so it's not recommended. I am a big fan of Breanna Stewart so I will be taking her side in this game. Steal Game 1 and try to finish it at home. That would be lovely although it will be a rough road before it happens.

New York Liberty ML @2.50 will be my bet for this one. I am also thinking of an over-total bet but a bit doubting. What if they play defense? In their last 4 meetings, they only went up 170+ once. 1/4. So I am guessing this could go under the total score of 171.

No injury reports except for Han Xu who is on the other side of the world.

Yeah, it's too high. But, I do like to trim it down to -3 or less because I won't feel that I won at that amount only.
Rank 1 and 2, the prediction came true in most WNBA analyses because of how New York Liberty created a monster roster. The Las Vegas Aces were a given, they were too strong last year and this year.
If New York wins this one I bet there will be a big celebration that will happen. They had been in the Finals but never in the franchise history that they won a championship. Also, they are one of the oldest teams in the league so it will be a sweet moment for them.

For sure it was a close game for this Semi-Finals but the New York Liberty doesn't let the Connecticut Sun make a lead because they surely know that the Connecticut Sun will surely make progress and right now they are not underestimating the Connecticut Sun while the Sun is likely a new team right now

Connecticut Sun (2.70) VS New York Liberty (1.45)

It was a tight game for sure it was very close and the New York Liberty was winning Alyssa Thomas did a great job in getting a double for this game but it wasn't enough as the New York Liberty had likely win the Semi-finals for sure there is also a chance that the Connecticut Sun could also win this game for sure but hey have manage to get this to their advantage, now the New York Liberty will face the Las Vegas Aces next,

NY's last game's handicap was a little bit too high with -5.5, and it showed. Still they managed to win this close game after blowing a double digit lead.
Against Vegas this will be whole different story. It's always nice to see a number 1 facing a number 2.
The teams split their meeting this season so hopefully fans can expect the same for the finals series. I watched one or 2 of the games and you can tell, these are the best teams this season. If you imagine, the past years NY has been the laughing stock every season but this ended with their heavy roster enforcement last offseason. For such a "big market" it was always a shame to have such a bad team.

Let's see if they can go all the way though, Vegas will be the slight favourite to win this series I suppose, not only because of the home court advantage.

I lost my bet with 3 points needed to cover the spread. I really hate it when I lose at this kind of margin only, I should've just taken the ML too.

Anyway, the semi-final is done and now we move to the Finals. It finished early and the expected teams to be in the Finals were the ones who would be present. Las Vegas Aces and the New York Liberty.

I am all-in with the New York Liberty here although this will be a battle that will be so entertaining because both teams have their own weapons to change the pace of the game both offensively and defensively.
But, I am a big fan of Breanna Stewart so my bets here might become an emotional bet and not recommended.

I surely got my bet up earlier but I fell asleep while posting this one, but for this game, I think this is going to be the last game for the Semi-finals for the WNBA as I think that the New York Liberty is winning this as they got the Momentum and they don't have any injuries aswell, so they might get this win for sure, but yeah I was really hoping that they got this,

I don't really like that New York Liberty is still the favorite but they showed their real strength in Game 3 even though it's the homecourt of the Connecticut Sun. It doesn't matter to them even if the enemy's turf and it actually boosts their confidence that they are a strong team.

So I am going to take the risk.

I don't know what happened to DeWanna Bonner of the Sun in Game 3 but she went out running to the locker after she was hit with something. (iirc, it was the elbow of Stewy.) I hope she is okay as this won't be an entertaining game without her. Bonner is one of their key players that contributes a lot so it will be a handicap without her. AT will have a rough time handling both offense and defense without another big woman who can do the same as her.

Good one you guys for just taking the money line. I got greedy and took the parlay and I lost my bet short by two points for the Las Vegas Aces.
But I am thankful that I was entertained by how the Dallas Wings performed especially Ogunbowale. They really tried their best and there's even a time they got the big lead against the Aces. I thought the Wings would win it but Chelsea Gray didn't give up, she led her team to win it by making good plays and not giving up on second-chance opportunities. She made some bad mistakes with her passes but she gets it back whenever she has a chance. I can say that the lady has a pure love for the game and she really hates losing.

Something saved some of my losses though. Thankfully.

That second game was a battle of defense and that's why the score is so low just like I thought. This is actually how any team could win against the Aces. Play hard defense, don't let them take the momentum because they are so good at it. Dallas Wings on the other hand dominated on transition plays and fast breaks from stops.

I was happy with what I did in this bet so sure I might go with the Money Line again if the Odds are great, both games are pretty much close which is why the next game odds are going to be close for sure, and so I might go with the money line again

It was a dominant start for the New York Liberty but the Connecticut Sun eventually got great momentum and tried to reach the lead of the New York Liberty but to no avail because the Connecticut Sun was too far behind so they could not make another win for the Liberty for this game Alyssa Thomas did her best for sure her playmaking was superb but Brenna Stewart's rebound was on another level that the game was firing out because of this two players, sadly it was now a 2 - 1 lead for the New York Liberty,



Dallas Wings (3.05) VS Las Vegas Aces (1.33) - WIN

This was surprising the Dallas Wings did a great job in getting the game close against the Las Vegas Aces for this game, it was very close for sure, even though the Las Vegas Aces only had 7 players for this game they still managed to win the game for sure Teaira McCowan has a great rebounding machine for the Dallas Wings and she got 15 rebounds, but they still lost this game while A'ja Wilson was on the other team with a double-double of 13 rebounds and 13 points winning the the game,

Alyssa Thomas was really great with the Connecticut Sun but it was not enough because Breanna Stewart got Betnijah Laney to back her up with the Score even though Alyssa Thomas was the one making the play it was the defensive rebound that Breanna Stewart was covering it was a great game indeed but the New York Liberty has really done it this time,

Connecticut Sun VS New York Liberty SCORE 81 - 92 - WIN

This game was hot for sure the Connecticut Sun had done it their all but the New York Liberty didn't allow them and Brenna Stewart was great with their defense for this game, From start the Liberty was on a far lead and I thought that the Connecticut Sun will eventually get the lead but they can not because os Stewart great defense for this game, Jonquel Jones has a double-double of 12 rebounds and 10 points, Courtney Vandersloot got 12 points, Sabrina Ionescu got 16, Betnijah Laney got 20 points, and Breanna Stewart also got a double-double of 11 rebounds and 25 points,

Dallas Wings VS Las Vegas Aces SCORE 61 - 64 - WIN

This was a pretty close game but the Las Vegas Aces eventually got their Momentum for this game I was impressed by the Dallas Wings' effort in this game they had surely gotten the lead in the 4th quarter but eventually it was retaken by the defending champions, and in the end it was still the Las Vegas Aces win again, both Jackie Young and Kelsey Plum got 11 points, A'ja Wilson has a double-double of 13 rebounds and 13 points, and Chelsea Gray got 15 points,

Breanna Stewart led the way for the New York Liberty win. She was aggressive the whole 2nd half like she preserved her strength for that final 20 minutes. Well, it worked out well for them as they blew out the Connecticut Sun. The game was so physical that the officials might be questioned on why their whistles seemed to be not working because there were fewer fouls that were called.
But the stats of the stars in this game is damn amazing.
Alyssa Thomas - 23 points, 14 assists, and 9 rebounds. 1 rebound away from another triple-double.
Jonquel Jones - 12 points and 10 rebounds
Breanna Stewart - 25 points and 11 rebounds

But the real damn reason why the Liberty is winning is Betnijah Laney. She did it in Game 2 and she did it again today in Game 3. 20 points and 8 rebounds for the fine lady. She also had 20 points in Game 2 and she is their wild card while the Sun are busy defending Stewy and Sab.

Yes, the feeling of losing just by 1 point sucks. I almost shouted watching it live because I wanted that one last foul to happen but the Dallas Wings just let it go. Worst, its difficult to move on from it.

I am rooting for Liberty to win that series too. I do like the Connecticut Sun and if they didn't face the Liberty, I could've been rooting for them too on the other side.

Game 3 guys. What's your prediction? We are changing homecourts so the fans might give a boost to the underdogs. This is what I don't like when bookies keep the favorites even though there's a change in place. The spread is -3.5 for the Liberty even though the Sun stole Game 1.
