Exclusive- Lionel Messi renewing his contract at Inter Miami until 2026 could open up the chance of loan return to Europe and Barcelona.
I from a scale of 1-10 what’s is the possibility of Messi playing the next World Cup?

I'd say a solid 6. Imo, both Ronaldo and Messi will play the 2026 world cup. It's just 1 year away and they can make it and they'd just consider it to br one last dance. I expect both of them to retire immediately after the world cup is done.

Barcelona doesn't need Messi anymore btw, I know they are nostalgic about him but no. Not necessary.

I don't there is anything wrong with this thread because the thread is mainly focused on the January transfer window.
First suggestion. Anything transfer/signing of players should be discussed in one thread. There is the football speculation thread I think and most of these types are being carried out there.

Second suggestion. If the football speculation seems to be a little long members can't keep up to the pace. Then it should be split and continued over here.

This trend is base on January transfer window update
Thank you for the suggestion, will see to that as time goes on
Let it not be just the January transfer window alone. Include the summer which means all transfers.

In the meantime, what is the latest update for Arsenal signing this January?
Here’s what Mikel Arteta has to say when asked about new signings. After losing tonight’s game against Manchester United “It’s incredible how you don’t win that game”.

“New striker? We missed form various ways and different players. I understand guys. I cannot love my players more. I focus very much on the ones that I have”.
- meanwhile arsenal are still exploring the market hopeful they bring in new signings.
Stay close will always keep you updated

For his age, going to Saudi and raking in the big bucks is much more suiting for him so he can have more than enough when he retires and can no longer play.

Speculation about Kyle Walker future has been growing, although so far Manchester City have not officially discussed Walker's future, but it looks like his desire to leave this season will soon be realised especially since Guardiola did not include him in the squad against Salford in the FA Cup, so this indicates that it is likely that Kyle Walker will leave soon, He has spent almost his entire career in the premier league and more than 6 years he strengthened manchester city, so I think before he retires of course he wants to find a new challenge to play outside England, currently Milan and several Arab clubs have reportedly opened talks with Kyle Walker, hopefully we will see certainty about his future in the near time.

Like I said in my earlier post, I believe what Walker wants to do is gather enough money before retirement. He's 34 already and at such, there's only few years remaining for him. Saudi is the most fitting for him to do that. See the likes of players like Ronaldo and Benzema — they're in Saudi for the same reason why Kyle walker wants to go there.

If he gets it, well deserved and ggs to him.

Update - Al Hilal from the Saudi Arabian are considering making a move to sign Darwin Núñez from Liverpool.

1) WHAT?

2) At this point? I don't really care tbh, bruh has been shit at Liverpool and very hot tempered (1 yellow card per game) and no goals.

Exclusive- AS Monaco have submitted initial bid for Edson Alvarez, loan proposal has been rejected by West Ham.
Talk are still on going with both parties. AS Monaco are believing they could convince the player since they’re in the championship league.
But west ham consider Mexican an important player for them. More to follow

Breaking- PSG are a step close to beating Manchester United, Liverpool and other top clubs in securing the transfer of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Napoli.
Do you think Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is an idea signing for PSG?

I think he will go to PSG, but we have an outside chance of signing him if the deal falls through.

United shouldn't even think about getting this guy though, they need a proper finisher like Osimhen. And it's strange because I haven't heard United's name mentioned in this at all, it's actually Chelsea with a little faint interest (but like I said before, they are better off getting someone like Osimhen in the summer).

There’s no news that has 100% accuracy about where Osimhen would go. But then any club that’s willing to trigger his release clause can have him. With the like of Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona etc. didn’t mention Manchester United because they can barely spend that much in this transfer window due to avoid breaking financial rules.

Update - Manchester United are also keeping eye on the Uruguayan defender Ronald Araújo, who is expected to leave Barcelona.
Do you think if they successfully get him. He will fit in to Amorim system?
Share your thoughts

Exclusive- Barcelona have rejected an offer from Juventus for Ronald Araújo and are keen to keep the 25-year-old.
His contact runs out in 2026. But expect anything since we’re still the transfer window is still on

BREAKING: Kyle Walker has asked to leave Manchester City. It’s time to try another face of his career many years at Manchester City
Source: https://x.com/fabrizioromano/status/1878173789273391113?s=46

Tbh, I can't hate the guy for doing this.  He is one of the few guys that has given everything to City throughout their historic EPL reign and their first and only UCL win, he has been striving with this team and definitely not a bad idea to put an end to his spell at city.

Time will tell what the reason could be
