I feel like there is something wrong. People do not leave negative reviews for nothing.
Do you have any plan to release any kind of exclusive promotions for Bitcointalk community? If you have a good marketing budget, consider running some kind of promotions here so your business gets some boost.

Yes, we post daily in our official thread. If you read through all the comments (which may take a little time), you’ll see that we have already discussed this matter.
Like all online casinos, we have a Trustpilot page that includes both positive and negative reviews. For negative reviews, our dedicated team contacts players to better understand the situation. Of course, not all negative reviews mean the casino is at fault, sometimes players misunderstand our policies or attempt to use the platform in ways that go against our terms.
Overall, we believe in transparency and open communication, which is why you’ll find players discussing their gaming experiences freely in our Discord community.
