I dont trust Trustpilot reviews for any websites but I am not blind to see that you have a lot more negative than positive review, that is not good for any casino.I dont own or represent any casino, and I dont understand what forged testimonials for other casinos have to do with your casino.

I will suggest that you address your scam accusations issues so that you can redeem your reputation. Better still you respond to those comments on trust pillot to making sure you give readers who visit the reasons not to believe the reports against your casino.
Maybe they’ll respond here if the people who posted scam accusations also post them in this thread. Honestly, I don’t really check other sites besides Bitcointalk, so my only way of knowing if a casino’s a scam is by checking its profile. And from what I can see, OP doesn’t have any feedback on their profile yet.There are no accusations against them here as I checked their profile so they have nothing to worry about here because no scam accusation or thread have been raised against them but as for the other, I think they should approach it professionally so that it does not affect their services. The difference between here and there is that one will have to provide evidence to prove their point beyond reasonable doubt and if they are found wanting then they get a tag for it unlike.

You are right. Instead of asking users to deactivatetheir antivirus while accessing the website, what they should do is to contact the antivirus company or whatever ads blok tool blocking them and ask them to remove their domain from their blacklist.
Most users will just close the browser tab and move to another casino when they see that warning message from their AV/ Ads blocker. They will lose a lot of poential customers if they don’t fix this.
What seems to be the problem? Everything seems fine on my end. I’m even using an antivirus, the one built into my Windows OS, and I haven’t encountered any issues. Hi, if you are using antivirus software, it could be the cause. Sometimes, AVs block access to websites. You can try using a VPN or temporarily deactivate your AV while checking the website. I believe if you try again now, everything should work fine. Thank you for your welcome.

Welcome to the forum. I think major information about the details and features of the site is missing from the announcement thread. It will be better if OP can update it. Things like what coins are accepted, what games are available, what is the max bet account, etc. I checked the site and was impressed by the wheel of fortune. It seems like you might have missed my answer about the Trustpilot reviews, and it’s disappointing to see conclusions based only on negative feedback. Our Trustpilot score is 3.7, and while some reviews are negative, they don’t tell the full story.
You have majority of negative reviews, not just some of them, 411 reviews have lowest 1 star from total of 807 reviews.I know trustpilot reviews can be faked, but that means that some positive reviews can also be fake, not just negative.
After reading some of the negative reviews I think that you have bad bonus and withdrawal system, according to them.
I thought about it as well because the negative review supersedes the positive review which is not good. Irrespective of the fact that reviews both positive and negative can be faked, the casino would still have to work on their policy and fix up the complaints by users of the platform before they proceed with anything because that alone could mar their reputation which already is in play. A review on their bonus and withdrawal policy would go a long way to making sure everything works out fine for them because they can not have it all at the same time.

Personally, I don't like it when a casino redirect to mirror link from the main domain, the top level domain is automatically changing as well. 20bet is also using 'IP Geolocation API', as a result the website is automatically loading in local local language. Personally, I found it as pretty irritating.
