In a way the article is still relevant because when buying altcoins from this list, one should expect that it will grow as the project develops. However, I would not buy everything from this list. I would buy Theta, Kyber Network, Chainlink, Tezos, Ethereum and a couple more, but just for a little bit of money.
Altcoin season doesn't look coming. The best crypto to buy is bitcoin.

This is a lot and too much if you'll ask me. I don't intend to hold a lot of cryptos. A few would make you earn more and mitigate risk because having such a lot of number could incur you with a lot of losses. It is too much diversification IMHO. 
Altcoin shill articles in 2020 lul. It's funny how you described more than half of those cryptocurrencies as "decentralized".
The experise behind those fancy articles is ridiculous when you really look into them as for long term investment, i'd better choose BTC or eth... or if you want to hype/trade, better to check credible defi projects/dex - you will earn more than investing in low-top altcoins (as for me)

Garbage coins can gain value in the bull market, but that shouldn't be misleading. We must investigate our investments correctly. Many coins outside of this list may surprise you in 2021 
Don't ever pay attention to shitcoins, lol because you will end up losing. investment in crypto must be sure and good in terms of technology and development. for a better strategy, we can do it with top coins, so the possibility of loss will decrease even though it still depends on our skills to analyze as for long term investment, i'd better choose BTC or eth... or if you want to hype/trade, better to check credible defi projects/dex - you will earn more than investing in low-top altcoins (as for me)

And from the list you gave I only chose the 2 best, namely Chainlink and Ethereum
Maybe bitcoin is not included because generally people will definitely invest in bitcoin, bitcoin is already known even by a beginner. And in my opinion Ethereum and Chainlink are not bad coins, moreover, both of these coins have a huge market cap.

I think 21 is too much to me, about 10 i could handle. I just visited "the 21 Best cryptocurrency to buy in 2020" link, honestly, some of the coin i can hardly remember i have heard before, for example, like Fantom, Ravencoin, Energi,etc. i am shame of myself, anyway ,thanks for sharing , i am going to search information about which 21 Best cryptocurrency i dont know.
Some of them are not familiar for me but I think they have potential to be good someday. I think its better to do our own research before we can handle these investments. I can relate to someone that I might missed something just like bitcoin but there a lot of coins out there and even these 21 cryptocurrency, only have of them you be able to invest. So better to give us a lot of time before buying tokens. I have been through your post, and I fully agree with the projects you have listed. They are the best projects and absolutely worth our investment in it. Chainlink for example, its price has increased more than 10 times since you wrote this article
take a look at chainlink partner, its project name was BetProtocol which is listed in bitmax and kucoin. i see this project will be next gem now, with low cap under $2 million they already have active partner and product that used by partner. and also in q3 -q4 they will listing in tier 1 exchanges , i am sure hype will coming moreover they was chainlink and band protocol partner. rare project could be partner both of them.I prefer chainlink as an investment.
many ignored the chain link when it was under 1 $, now the price has reached 15 $ and is ranked 6 cmc.
I'm sure chainlink will go higher when the market moves up in the future.
and about the partners you mentioned, I think there are still many better partners such as erd, band, and several other defi projects.
I'm not in the habit of buying coin because everybody thinks the project is promising. I did that back then and got burnt, I'll rather go for few projects or coin that I have confidence of holding for a relatively long time to invest and take profit as time goes. The space is too risky to be dependent on people's opinion to make investment when everyone is Striving to protect themselves.

My best token so far is PROB! With PROB, I can pay my trading fees which can be as low as 0.03% in ProBit Exchange. This what makes me hold onto PROB 
In terms of trading costs, the Probit token is indeed superior if we compare it to others, but we can only get that on the exchange itself, while there are no other exchanges, so I am a little less agreeable that Probit is said to be the best token so far, because in my opinion there are many other tokens that are much better than the probit token at this time.
