I think this helps even if your account gets hacked, other parties expect you won't be able to withdraw your funds to their address. I think this problem caused because you tried with a segwit address.

Try with a legacy address, It should work.

What do you mean by you cant gamble with it and what bonuses you are talking about?
Do you mean to say that you can use the bonus for specific type of game and are you taking deposit bonus or no deposit bonus?

It's fixed for me (at least for now), so probably they will fix this area by area. The thing though that they need to fix is their support time of response.
I have an issue from yesterday (not about reaching/ loggin to their site) and i contact them via mail and here by PM to solve it.
