If depositing or withdrawing via Fiat currencies then KYC is required, if depositing and withdrawing via crypto KYC will not be required

I think this is fair

but if we see something suspicious We may ask for KYC.
I search regarding this because I remember before that some crypto gambling sites also required KYC in some circumstances.

For example. Sportsbet.io

https://sportsbet.io/about/terms-and-conditions

So I think the rules of the casino is just inclined with the standards.

We're offering up to 200% in deposit bonus. More information - https://www.24kcasino.com/en/promotions

Welcome here in the crypto gambling community, when it comes to promotions, your team has a plan to have a signature campaign here in the forum? In the gambling industry, there are many ways to compete with others and I think one of the best promotions here in the forum is to have a signature campaign to explore your brand name and attract gamblers. (Just my personal opinion)

BTW, the site looks laggy and there is no FAQ and I can't see the content of TOS when I clicked still loading.

The design is top notch and the name is catchy. Good to see more FIAT casinos accepting crypto. No deposit bonuses should be provided to attract more gamblers in my opinion.

We're glad that you liked it.

We're offering up to 200% in deposit bonus. More information - https://www.24kcasino.com/en/promotions

What promotions would you like to see other than ''No deposit Bonus''?

Here is the main concern on the bold part. What do you mean suspicious regarding crypto on the gambling sites?
Every casino site online follows this rule which is basically hidden away in their terms and conditions. It is usually invoked when they observe that someone is dealing with multiple accounts etc in which case they proceed to ask for KYC. However, some sites do abuse this rule(Usually the scammy ones).

I don't know why you're so negative. Try to find the positivity too. If someone registered with one country and his IP address from another country. Also if a certain software has informed us of card counting or we have picked up multiple bonus cases of abuse then these would be against our terms and conditions. We may ask for Kyc in these cases. We're a big company & we're here for our players to solve any issues they face using our casino.
Wrong, I am not negative with your site. I just mentioned what happened previously with other users on some casino/gambling sites. If there is something like special reason for ask KYC then it's better to stated clearly. If someone didn't wrong anything and you ask for KYC just based on your suspicion then it would be worst procedure especially for crypto users. Its seems using VPN quite harmful for users. Their account might block due to restrict of jurisdictions.

However, hope you will be fair with your rules regarding KYC.

Best of luck.

Yap, most casinos like this will ask for KYC by saying that there is suspicious thing on user's account. IMO, basically most of cases happened because players win big then the sites says that the account did something suspicious. The site may say that the account is connected with other accounts, etc.
I have once experienced like this on similar casino (fiat based casino that started to accept crypto). The site said that I have multiple accounts while they cant prove it then they asked me for KYC but I did not do it because it was just small amount of money so it does not worth for me to reveal my identity and of course I have to lose my deposited money and my small winning.

Here is the main concern on the bold part. What do you mean suspicious regarding crypto on the gambling sites? Is it not something fucking suspicion? Even some exchange doesn't recognize fund from gambling sites, so what is your concern about fund. If someone cheat during gamble, that's your falt for sure, because you should prevent all the abusive opportunity. You should not cure it by freeze fund of gamblers.

If in case you have concern with deposited fund then you should investigate during deposit and before win. You should not allowed gamblers to play with so called suspicious fund and allow them to withdraw instead of play. Its crypto and it has designed for financial freedom.

Here is the issue that most people will have with this website. Taking a quick glance I can see you are accepting deposits by a few merchants such as Visa, Skrill, etc. So you seem to be a regular online casino that wants to become a crypto casino.

The problem will be with the forced KYC that you are going to implement just to be able to deposit crypto and withdraw that crypto. Many sites in the past have tried this like Pornhub Casino and they all ran into issues. People started complaining about funds getting frozen due to forced KYC and people stopped using those websites.

So you should post your stance on KYC here first before people start getting their funds held up and frozen.

On deposit there is no KYC and with regards to the merchants you are correct we are required to follow a KYC policy, However, the requirements are not that stringent and we have been taking care of this extremely fast., one of the benefits is you can withdraw into other payment forms should you wish. i.e Wire transfer, also another benefit we have is being able to offer more software choice over other crypto-only casinos.

If depositing or withdrawing via Fiat currencies then KYC is required, if depositing and withdrawing via crypto KYC will not be required but if we see something suspicious We may ask for KYC.
