cgminer says 1.033G (5s), 1.010G (avg) at the moment. itzod pool says 930

It looks like there is something wrong in your code
If I refresh the page often (every 15 seconds), I get "Your average speed for 10 minutes ~ 1259 Mh/s." where 1259 can be [1040 - 1330]. However, if I stop refreshing the page for 10 minutes, the hash rate is recorded down to 500 - 600 MH/s. The hashrate increase back again after I reloads the page more often.

Strange enough. My hashrate slows down to 600 - 700 MH/s 
Never see such a slow hash rate on 50BTC. I guess that 50BTC network is faster and lower in latency.
This pool may not be for me.

Small hint: There seem to be some messages still in russian, even if you set English...
- When trying to manually withdrawing funds, the popup is in Russian
- After changing the address for payments it seems the manual wthdraw is frozen for 24hours... But you just see "Осталось 23h 38m 48s до разблокировки вывода средств." instead of the withdraw button, no English explanation
