I just ran by numbers and found that I still got a chance to make to the championship! First 6 players have already made to the finals. 7th is almost confirmed as well. That leaves seven players contesting for the last 2 spots. Efialtis and 1r0n1c stated earlier that they won't be playing the upcoming qualifier which leaves only 4 players fighting for the spot. Now considering that 15 players will play tonight's game, here is my chances to make to the finals:

Probability of winning the qualifier = 6.67%. If won, probability of making to the championship = 55.621%. Net Probability = 3.70%
Probability of coming second in the qualifier = 6.67%. If second, probability of making to the championship = 40.828%. Net Probability = 2.723%
Probability of coming third in the qualifier = 6.67%. If third, probability of making to the championship = 26.036%. Net Probability = 1.7365%

There is also a probability to make to the championship if I come 4th - 7th but chances are below 1% so I won't consider those.

Hence, the total probability of me making to the championship is 8.1635% (1 in 12 chance). Worth an effort in my opinion, what do you say guys?

It was a coincidence that we both ended up with the same points but He is a much better player than me in this 4th series  


3 final spots because Pitkins hasnt secure his spot for the Grand Finale yet. If he doesnt finish in top ten then probably another one will take his spot for the Grand Finale so goodluck


Another player might move pass his position if he doesnt get any points so it would be better to secure the highest point as possible however this is the last game before the Grand Finale so anyone that try to make a silly move might pay for the price. Some crazy bluff might not work because most will be trying to get those premium hands before moving in ( lot of tight ranges tonight for sure )

But remember, you should play tighter as usual to get atleast at the final table but dont make the mistake and be to nitty.

I did not manage to make SwC work in two separate browsers at the same time. That would be very useful to me so if somebody knows a hack...

On worst case scenario even if either bitmutiny / kolloh ended up taking the 1st place and 2nd place , their max points would be 29 and 28

On worst case scenario for you it would looks like this

#7 bitmutiny/kolloh/betwrong 29 points
#8 bitmutiny/kolloh 28 points
#9 Steamtyme/pitkins

Pitkins has the highest chance to get the remaining slot for the Grand Finale, he just need 2 more points to secure his slot.

Others with 15 or 16 points has small chances to get the slot, they will need to get the highest possible points provided that Steamtyme, Kolloh and Bitmutiny fail to get points

Wow that field of participants is very close to each other. Thought I would have a good spot but I lost 2 places because I did not play. Looks like its getting serious in the last qualifier - even if I'm safe but a lot of guys still have the chance to join the finals!

First off, I want to thank you for taking the time to make this wonderful presentation! Only I think  it requires a small correction: Betwrong takes the 6th position with 29 points, and Pitkins takes 7th with 27.



I've run through various possible scenarios, and came to conclusion that finally I can play without worrying about points. In the worst case scenario during the Q8, I can go down to 9th place, but not further down than that. I hope I'm not wrong.

Well it seems that places 8 and 9 are not alone in the indecision of finally awarding names for the final table.

The big move is made by NoobHere which causes two important moves, it moves from third place to 5 str8flu5h and the previous owner of that position is moved 2 place, Pitkins (7)

Tik TokLyfe maintains the place and stands in the FT. Another player who did not bother anyone with his work in terms of positions was Betwrong, he maintains his position 6 and moves him away from the hot positions 8 and 9.

Steamtyme does not like the frontier and decides to move away from the beloved place 9 but fearsome place when he is not assured of a place at the final table.

i keep planning to play every sunday but then my weekend goes haywire. fingers crossed, i'll be playing next sunday---not that i have a chance of getting into the final or anything.
