I have a few questions about this pool...
1. why no SSL? At least the browser complains about certificates... should I just override it? I am kind of afraid that someone can easily change my account data when I am not logged, like the address to send BTC and threshold...
2. Right after a block becomes confirmed, there is a long waiting period before the funds show up in confirmed. Maybe it should list something else, like "processing" instead?
3. Why are worker passwords shown in the account page? this just makes no sense to me ... maybe show them on a separate page, free of statistics? Or make it possible to change them and don't show at all...
4. When exactly are payouts made? Some random time or when the confirmed volume changes? I wanted to pay directly to mtgox temporary address but apparently it's impossible
and i am afraid to use my own wallet since i often have only 1 or very few connection which seems insecure to me... Also i have to pay a fee to transfer from my wallet to mtgox and wait twice as long for 2 transfers instead of just 1.
Maybe implement instant payout for a small fee?

Ok, I just wanted to get a couple of nice souls help me finish the testing of my brand new to-be-open-sourced pooling platform !
A couple of Gh/s pointed at me for about 30 minutes/1 hour should give me more than enough power to mine twenty or thirty blocks on testnet and allow me to test the payout code and reward splitting code.
As said, the pool is currently mining on testnet, no reward at all here, only the pride of taking part in a delicious FOSS adventure !
The pool supports long polling, please do notify me if you get lots of stales.

Mh when the Pool gets bigger and bigger Will i still have some btc with my ~100 Shares per hour? or is this worthless now?
It should even out over the long run. You'll receive less of a reward per block # because you are contributing less towards the total, but with the extra hashing power, the pool should find blocks more frequently.
extra hash rate don't seem to be helping YET

I am confused a bit about round 5233. It says it lasted 1 hour and 5 minutes yet somehow I managed to get no shares in?!? Was the pool down at that time, or what the heck happened? All my miners were active and the internet was up.

Interesting stats...
Mike, how old is this screenshot? You noticed that 'it was maybe with xxx ghash/s', so looks like you had to find that in memory... I'm curious because I have one teoretical tip for race condition in total share calculation, but it is very unlikely that it will ever happen, unless there is some problem with database. And pool had some database problems in history...
In all cases, this is just cosmetic glitch, as only "confirmed reward" is really important. Total reward is just 'in memory' calculation for web page...
June 5th.
I noticed today, also, I had stopped mining on your pool for a couple of days but I had a balance of BTC 3.1... I set my threshold to 3 and received payment of the full amount, but the confirmed reward still shows the 3.... and total reward is 0.00739460 BTC, while the other numbers are all zero.

I'm probably wrong, but I think I'm missing A payout. I received one at 6/7/11 @ 1:03 UTC, and I woke up at 13:00 UTC to only a confirmed reward of 0.05 BTC. Miners were going all night. What would be a good way to check?

Please use blockexplorer. If payout is there, then it is problem on your side. Otherwise send me your wallet to PM and I'll watch it.
Actually I have many reports every day about this problem (emails, PM, IRC). It is always the same scenario: "Hello slush, I didn't received pool payment, my address is XXX". Then we find out that transaction was succesfully sent, is already in blockexplorer, but clients don't see them. "bitcoin -rescan" always works. I'm little suspicious there is some strange bug in bitcoin client, maybe something related with 'sendmany' processing. I have no idea why or where, but I'm solving those reports every day
