How come stats don't show connected workers anymore slush?

Originally the site was on same machine as getwork loadbalancer and I detected connected workers by netstat tool. Then I moved web to separate machine, so netstat (locally) is not usable. I need to find some better solution, until then this information will be not available on the site.

Currently there is ~8400 connected workers.

Couldn't you just have your script dump your netstat result to a file, and rsync that file over to the server that is servicing web  traffic? Use cron to schedule the script to run at desired interval.

looks like only one of those is invalid, the other one is valid:

http://blockexplorer.com/block/00000000000014a3f347cfc795dd84e3659c1ad6e0d2f85186315e237ba35fd6

good that I have all generated blocks in irclog on #bitcoin-watch so I can quickly look it up:

06:02 <@ljrbot> Blk 0000000000001c26fc9919014f99c410ba51daba65bb14847723407a48f5f9f5:  50.30 BTC
06:18 <@ljrbot> Blk 00000000000014a3f347cfc795dd84e3659c1ad6e0d2f85186315e237ba35fd6:  50.06 BTC

Unfortunately both are invalid, but I don't see any particular reason (except really bad luck) - there were no problems on pool servers. Hash 0000000000001c26fc9919014f99c410ba51daba65bb14847723407a48f5f9f5 was really generated by pool, but I don't see him on blockexplorer now...

If you're saying only 1 is invalid but we're being told 2 by the stats, then that means...

... I hope that I didn't make a mistake - we are wating until slush will check this Smiley

I find it weird that yesterday same thing happened with 2 invalid blocks 1 after another and today same thing...

I noticed those as well. Slush has said he looks into every invalid block, so I'm sure we'll hear back from him shortly.
What he may change if somebody terrorize pool?

Also popping in to say "Thanks Slush", your site is pretty awesome.

One question though: I haven't received a payment in over 24 hours even though I'm over my threshold, and your site says that payouts run hourly.  Have the payouts slowed down?
Just received one.  Still curious how often they process, can't seem to find a rhyme or reason to the timing of payouts.

Thanks!

And when i look at the page there are no graphs, i see where the graphs should be but nothing is there, other than the title of the graphs that should be there...
You seem to be blocking Javascript, it has to be enabled in order to view the graphs.

reinstalled it and on the java site everything is supposed to be ok. I tested it on other java sites and all is supposed to be working. Funny thing is, its happening on all my pc's in the house...maybe its a firewall/router issue.

For me pool works without any problems for few hours already. How about you?

Same here, not detected problems with RPC lines since the morning - almost 6 hours clean console Grin

I've been lurking for a couple weeks now but I finally decided to register so I could pop in and say thank you, slush! I've been mining for 3 days now and the pool is super easy to use. I really appreciate the work you've done to facilitate all this.
