If my Terraminer IV won't make sense to run then I will start a solo operation with a single USB miner
As expected if I had bought btc instead of the miner then I could have made about 300% of the initial investment.

Meh. I wouldn't rush in. I suspect there's a mining equipment price war soon as things get pretty nasty to stay on top. Not the time to gamble on the race.

Any ideas why 3 of miners (out of 5) would be significantly under reporting M/hash's?
First 2 are fine at around ~200Gh/s that last 3 are at 166GH/s - all locally are around ~190GH/s - 210GH/s (overclocked S1's)

My hardware collects dust, warms up, and Hardware Errors rise, lowering reported results.
I use a small shop vac on reverse to blow out the units when I notice the rate falling.

Hash them flat out till the power cost becomes more than the BTc value you can mine. 
Will do. Thanks. Considering these are run at work and not at home, flat out it is.

Side note, I put it in to high speed mode and within 5 minutes it fried my cheapo power supply. So, now I have new Corsair model that should be able to handle it easily. But, my question above still applies.
So I have my block erupter cube cooking along nicely.
All the chips are running perfect.
I have it currently running at the default low speed. Will it be more reliable in the long run or should I crank it up to high?
It's inside my office at work so the temperature is roughly 72 degrees in a fairly dust and dirt free environment. It currently has the one standard fan that came with the cube running.

Mining stats are off only recently. I've been fiddling with my setup a bit and added some additional miners...according to asteroid, I'm mining around 32 gh/s, but my account is showing 6000 mh/s average...
Any idea what I should check first? Not seeing any hardware errors and cgminer shows mining averaging at 31 gh/s...
Prior to adding the additional antminers it seemed like it was showing accurately - is this just a matter of waiting because I took them offline for an hour or so to move them all to a new, bigger, better hub?

Wait till this block is done, if you add miners during a block the stats on the website are not correct.
I'll give it a whirl - it seems like it's been a little bit funky for a few days already, but I've also been fiddling with my setup with some regularity due to my hubs not providing enough power.
Just landed a 20 port siport hub btw, and the thing is pretty awesome - powering 16 miners and 2 fans with NO problem.

What you are doing wrong is trying to mine Bitcoin on a smartphone. All you will achieve is the premature failure of the phone through overheating - haven't you noticed it getting warm?I don't care what you think, that's funny right there

There are times Slush can make you question whether you're making any headway mining but with persistence and the having the experience to know things eventually come around it's IMHO the best pool.

hello I'm new to bitcoin and I'm having an issue on the bitcoincz or slush's pool. I've been mining on my Samsung galaxy fame but nothing is being reflected on my account. it is saying 0 shares but I've been mining for two days according to my mining app I should have at least four shares already. please can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong!
Is this a serious question or an April fool's joke?

Mining on a PC does not produce enough hash power to be correctly be displayed. you are being lost in variance and rounding error. Don't wear out your PC for nothing.

I already pay to have my computer on all day, 2 U2's drawing another 4W off of the already running 600W PSU is a net zero change.
I'll just pretend it's my electric company giving me back 0.1% of my bill per month. In BTC.
600W is the upper output limit of the PSU. It doesn't mean you are drawing that much - if you are, it's too close to the limit for comfort.I'll just pretend it's my electric company giving me back 0.1% of my bill per month. In BTC.
I have a 750W PSU, but even with with the GPU, CPU, two block eruptors, and a Jalapeño all running flat-out, it draws only about 135W.
