So what's going on with the rewards???  Confirmed blocks are not getting posted and total reward just went down instead of up!!

Morris
I noticed that one as well.

I'm thinking about switching pools. I can understand glitches/bugs, but it looks like no one is manning the store here. Slush hasn't logged in in over a month and my email to the site goes unanswered. Meanwhile every time I check there is another glitch. I sure wish someone from the site would chime in and explain WTF is up. If they don't soon then I'm bailing.

I noticed that the Confirmed Reward on the main account page is not being updated in a reasonable time (say a couple of minutes) after a block was confirmed (on the Stats page).  It's been sitting 'stuck' despite that the next block (21054) was confirmed about an hour ago.
The whole payout process needs to be consistent and timely.

Cheers

Heh I swear to god, if I analyzed every single little occurrence on Slushs site (or any other for that matter) the the Nth degree as it appears some others do I'd be insane by now.

To those that do; Methinks that time could be better used reading past posts, not only will you stress less but you're likely to learn something to Smiley

I just got a payout with a threshold set to 0.025.  I originally had it set to 0.05 but I figured I would try lowering it just to see what happens.  About 6 hours after I made the change to 0.025 the payout happened.  At least it worked.

Geez, this bad luck streak is killing our average. Pool luck for 7 days is now 89% and 95% for 30 days.

Aaaaaghh.... Can it get any worse? 33% luck? 5 hour block, followed by a 15 hour block, and now a six hour at least? Give us a break. Who needs high difficulty, when you have luck like this?

My reward for round 21027 is 1/100 of the usual one. But it has been confirmed already... :-(

Pretty sure some people got a larger than deserved reward on that block, not sure whose pocket all the shorted BTC will be covered by but I'd say it's spilled milk by now...

This is a bug that has been here forever.  It fixes itself.  Don't sweat it, trust the father.

It doesn't. Too late this time. :-(

You can't.  The pool sets it dynamically based on your recent throughput.  As I understand it, the goal is for each worker to have around 20 transactions per minute (preventing server overload and saving your internet bandwidth), and the difficulty - from a starting point of 3 - is adjusted up or down every few minutes to achieve this.

21027 and 21033 need recalculations, my reward is halved again.

+1 - The same here
+1 here as well.

So what is the story with how to get this resolved? I've sent an email, there are several posts here reporting the problem, and I've tried IRC. The actual BTC involved here is negligible, but it isn't confidence inspiring that these problems happen *and* then don't get resolved. Looks like slush hasn't logged in here in over a month. How is one supposed to file a support ticket request with him exactly?

Any news? Or is this just the cost of mining on slushes pool?

Has there been a history of the problem taking this long to fix itself though? I mean that round was 100+ confirmed a long time ago and is now about to drop off of the stats round history page (so it will be much harder to track when/if it is fixed).

When it's confirmed it will never be corrected.
