The price is very stable under the 700. Every time it is almost going to 700 it is fastly taken back to 650 again.
Too much resistance at this moment, so better to focus on a solid 680 entry point, from where the next level can be triggered.

I just hope it won't affect the transaction fee 'cause as we know that an upgrade that helps us from using bitcoin will surely cost something.

I heard the size increase with SegWit is equivalent to 1.6 MB. So it is still smaller than the 2MB rise.

Apart from the block size increase, SegWit has other functions. But it is much simpler to just increase the block size to 2MB.

Segwit holds some importance to bitcoin as a payment system, but i strongly believe the price is 100% in the hands of a group of whales.
For at least some years bitcoin's price will be determined by them (mostly).

All is true under assumption we won't slip under $500. If this level breaks then we pretty much saw the top for this year.
