Bonus balance is what we can’t use unless we already spend the original deposit amount. This is strange as fuck because you will need to lose in able to use the resources from there bonus balance. You can’t back off with your money in case you already loss and only the bonus balance left while this balance has an expiration. I really feel like it’s a trap and not a bonus at all for having this kind of weird rules to claim the bonus.

Typically casino offers a feature that you can forfeit bonus and withdraw the deposit amount if you can’t finish the wagering. I probably skipped claiming this 300% deposit bonus that I won on the contest.

The website design is not that catchy, that's true but it's not also that bad, I've seen worse. They definitely need to work more on improving it. They need a new logo, I didn't quite liked this one.
Also, I noticed it's not well customized for mobiles. I couldn't even open the menu list on the main page.
And why clicking on some buttons redirects me to other casinos? Are they under the ownership of the same team?

In order to protect people money, they can process small withdrawals instantly and for withdrawal of larger amounts can be processed manually but should not take longer than a couple of hours.

That's why I previously said that withdrawals that take 1-3 days are not a good thing and I'm sure gamblers will not want to enter the site.
However, the service provided by the management team regarding withdrawals must be prioritized and corrected first so that in the future there are no gamblers who are disappointed and feel that the casino is not suitable for use.
If this is allowed to continue, then I'm sure the casino will find it difficult to grow and will not be able to compete with other casinos that have better service.

If every withdrawal is reviewed first before you process it, you cant say that your payout is instant because instant should be processed instantly just after players click the withdraw button.
