Majority of our payouts are instant or within a span of a couple hours, each withdrawal request is reviewed. Only on unique, rare occasion does a payout take days, and that could be for a number of reasons.

What I mean about that one is that it is much better if we can read it in the website like a new page in your website instead of giving as a link to download the user guide. Well, it's up to you on what you will do about it either you left it like that or we can read the user guide on the site without downloading the pdf file.
