They don't disclose cashback or rewards you will get, meaning it gets changed from time to time without disclosure or letting users know this.

"Judging" on their own minds is a BIG concern to close an account. Meaning they will do it every time they feel mad or "threatened".

The user said that he has wagered more than $1.8 million at 500 Casino. This is a good wagered amount if the user is an average gambler. Maybe there are more casinos with similar terms, but I haven't seen this type of complaints before.

While I could relay the feedback, the decision ultimately lies with Support.

There is no locked balance in his account, and his withdrawals are unlocked. However, we terminated his account because of threats and bad behavior. I did give him the benefit of the doubt and warned him a couple of times to stop, yet he didn't.
