I second this one. I think the punishment is too much. If you will like it, I would suggest to remove that statement from the ToS.
You can just ban on the live chat, and not terminate his account. Also, why does the support is the one the has the power to decide if his account will be closed or not? How about the owner of 500 Casino?
I hope to see this being cleared and resolved as I believe that 500 casino is a nice place to play at.

The owner also works in Support as well so final/ ultimate decisions are unanimous.

Most casinos here have various degrees of leniency but realistically speaking, everything has its limits and hence those ToS are being laid out. Having dealt in the Support line before, I can relate.

Based on what I was informed and the screenshot provided, Suspect and the team did give you several chances to play nice but you didn't heed their advice, which is already a violation to the site's ToS.

I am not in charge of Support matters but honestly speaking, if you were to be cooperative and not verbally abuse our staffs while calling the site scam for acting on their policies, maybe there's a way things could have worked out for the better.

I don't know the whole story though, but I think 500 Casino team should have kept his account active for playing with deposits and bonuses. The user said that he has wagered more than $1.8 million at 500 Casino. This is a good wagered amount if the user is an average gambler. Maybe there are more casinos with similar terms, but I haven't seen this type of complaints before.

While I could relay the feedback, the decision ultimately lies with Support.

The casino has also given individuals second chances on a case-by-case basis, it still boils down to whether he or she is willing to work things out with us or not.
