That's really nice! As I thought he's innocent with this matter. It's great that you've opened up the case for rechecking if the user really did violated your terms by doing frauds, most entity don't really bother for doing it. You know, you'll lose a good costumer if you banned them with the reason that they didn't even did.

User U, I never have been accused of anything here on this site, they never warned me about anything. So I don't know who is being dishonest here, You or the site in question. Time ago they have asked me to provide documents, which I did and my identity have been proven there. Secondly, I did receive an email from their part telling me that there has been a mistake and my account "shouldn't have been penalized". and for this they offered me 100 usd as a bonus.
I have played on esports and never been trying to profit from any error lines or something like that. Only bets that I think would win, something everybody does. I don't think this is a crime. My Ip has been the same, never tried to use VPN or something else. they can verify this. who is doing that type of thinks you mentioned, do not use their IP. That is good that you managed to track them and still give them their withdrawals but I think that much better if you just return their main deposit, that's just an opinion. I think the one user here that is complaining about the limitation may be part of that group. Anyway what if a user was not really part of the fraudulent betting on fix match but placed a bet on the match not knowing it, will he still be a suspect or has a chance that he will be banned in your site or it is all depends on the betting patterns?

We have identified and tracked an organized group of Russian betting accounts a couple of days ago. They were bypassing betting limitations with multiple accounts.
We banned about 10 accounts and let them withdraw their deposits.

The next day, they came back with 20+ accounts and did the same thing over again.

Our antifraud is complex and I can't go in details on how it works and what information we analyze because they would learn how to protect themselves better next time. We are also a participating member of the Esports Integrity Commission and have access to backchannel data about matches and betting patterns. Betting on fixed matches is fraudulent and a massive red flag.

Also, registering multiple accounts to dodge the betting limitations is a severe breach of the ToS.

Everyone is acting hurt and causing a scene because they got caught and they have money locked in the accounts. Unfortunately, this will serve as a tough lesson and as a deterrent to think twice before they attempt something like this next time.

@Betesports, like the rest have mentioned, you should post the full conversation here. I'll try to get someone from Support if the ban reason could be further elaborated.

Usually a permanent ban means something that could have raised alot of red flags so let's hope we could get to the bottom of this.

Since you're a newbie, you can't attach an images but you can still able to provide the link. Upload your images on third party hosting images e.g. imgbb, imgur etc then copy paste the BBCode link, then anyone can quote and see your images. I don't think they're seized your money because you're won because they're well established casino and @UserU is an active team, there must be something wrong with your account.
