That's understandable. The security measure was implemented as there have been cases of fraudulent players attempting to file credit card chargebacks after withdrawing in crypto.
sound good to separate credit cards and crypto deposits. maybe It can take a bit of time to appears in the cash balance because that must be verified.

You converted any deposit (credit card and crypto) into BUX, right?. is there any exception for In-Game Skins deposit?. I don't know how it works when the user can fraudulent it withdrawing into fiat or crypto also.

Nice challenge for slot lovers like me to be honest but too bad after reading up some previous post I see that KYC is mandatory for crypto withdrawal.
There are some slot lover (multiplier hunters) in this forum, they can be potential players for 500play but I guess they are not comfortable with the KYC.
Hopefully it can be removed in the near future so those potential players will come to 500play and compete with other existing players.

We're looking into addressing this matter, although there's no ETA yet on lifting the restriction for now.

On the other hand, we support withdrawals of gift cards for games and other gambling website for those familiar with the CSGO gambling scene.

You probably should have lead with the fact they restrict crypto withdrawals to specific users on a crypto forum. I don't think most gamblers on here are comfortable providing KYC documents given the number of hacked sites we hear about and identity documents being found on the dark web.

Thanks for the help though, i realise you're trying to help them out.

Fair point. I can bring this to the attention of the admins, and maybe consider having implement a smaller limit to the daily crypto withdrawals for newer accounts.

No worries, I'm happy to help out a site that strives to take care of its players.

By the way, don't miss out on the Scavenger Hunt happening in 9 days. Gonna be tons of vouchers and trains coming along Smiley

It seems you don't properly support crypto withdrawals. I played a little today but upon looking for the withdrawal option i was told they arent available to everyone. Is there some criteria we need to fulfil in order to have access?

Hello libelle,

For crypto withdrawals, they are available if you have been using the site for a while or completed the KYC process (that is, if you are comfortable with that)

Quote
We are only offering crypto withdrawals to verified accounts or accounts that have a good history with us.

If you keep using the site, you will eventually gain access to them.

If you need them faster, you can verify your account on your Profile tab by providing the required documents.

For compliance reasons, crypto withdraws are not available to everyone at this time.

If you want to speed up the process, you can apply to verify your account from your account page by filling out your personal information and uploading the required files.
You can find instructions on how to verify your account on your account page.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

That is good to know but what's the reason for rebranding and what can be expected from this move? I was thinking of a new partnership or something that's big.

There was a blog post addressing this just several days back:
Quote
Back in 2016 when we launched, it was the era of CSGO Gambling websites so we attached a CSGO-like name to our 500 brand and we stuck with it for 5 years.

However, the brand of CSGO500 was slowly becoming a limit for us, because we were evolving. Even though our current user base is already loyal to us, we would often be seen only as "that CSGO Wheel of Fortune site" instead of the crypto-friendly Sportsbook & Casino that we are.

The second factor for this decision was the fact that over the years we were stacking up new features and new development plans onto our legacy architecture and the website was less and less optimized as we added things to it. The mobile experience was bad and there were a lot of resources being wasted.

In other words, we've come a long way since CSGO and would prefer to adopt a more household name Smiley

I'll take that as yes you are getting paid.

Good luck. Some forum games could help you achieve that goal.

Thanks, we're planning to kick-start a signature campaign in the near future. If it all goes well, forum games/ competitions could be on the cards.

We've rebranded from CSGO500 to 500Play just recently but the site still maintain both domains. No takeover; everything remains the same so worry not!

Engagement rates might not be as decent as other competitors but I remain optimistic that this forum is a decent platform to attract players once they have a taste of it Wink

What happened to the CSGO500? I noticed the change in the topic title. Was there rebranding or a new team take over?

........

UserU, are you getting paid for maintaining this thread? You should be if you're not I know this is not really related but I'm just curious. It seems not a lot of member here are engaging with you.

How does crash get to near half a million, thats impressive.  Hope someone held that and got silly gains.
I have heard of this site briefly in the way it rings a bell but not sure I've ever used it previous years or not, the ability to deposit skins would be pretty useful so replying to the thread so its on my radar in future.   I consider csgo skins kind of parallel to crypto, a handy hedge to FIAT failures so hopefully this one will be useful for me.

Heya STT,

I agree, it started off as a CSGO skin site but it maintained the feature till today since its highly popular and liquid.

The possibilities are endless for Crash. If I remembered correctly during that insane round, the highest profiter made bank by placing 100,000 BUX ($60) on a 5x multiplier. No one expected it to go that far.

You should give 500 a try. Community's great, the owner is pretty responsive on Twitter and we drop loads of coupons, not to mention massive trains (free money by simply joining) frequently. See to believe. Smiley

And whatever casino games you saw elsewhere, we have most of them too!

Oh, and we do have a welcome bonus for newcomers.
