Correct, all deposits are converted into BUX on site including skin deposits since that's our on-site currency. In a way, it makes betting easier since the minimum is 10 BUX (less than 1 cent. If fiat, that is not possible).

The fraud happens when the player deposits through a credit card (VISA/ MASTER), wagers and withdraws the winnings in crypto before filing a chargeback with the card provider. That's why crypto withdraws are restricted from newer/ low-leveled accounts to protect ourselves from such incidents.

That's understandable. The security measure was implemented as there have been cases of fraudulent players attempting to file credit card chargebacks after withdrawing in crypto.

We're looking into addressing this matter, although there's no ETA yet on lifting the restriction for now.

On the other hand, we support withdrawals of gift cards for games and other gambling website for those familiar with the CSGO gambling scene.

For crypto withdrawals, they are available if you have been using the site for a while or completed the KYC process (that is, if you are comfortable with that)
