If you're willing to ship those to the lender "first", it might work but make sure to provide a "video proof" for the GPU ^{[a dead one is useless to the lender]} and also include your forum name and the date on a piece of paper.

also like you say why do people loan? if they have money coming in why the need to loan then if there is money coming in makes no sense
