You get paid through the webpage, not Twitter. In wallet section of a profile there is a form field where you input your wallet address.
I am not going to send you anything in person, I already put btc in escrow in the Uptweet, reward is transferred directly to your account when you upvote ( uptweet, Rt) the sponsored posts and you also get additional satoshi for receiving the same from other people on your own published posts.

For one RT? I think this is ok, but I have to test this website first. If it turns good for me I will sponsor more.
