Hello to all who are interested, the cheaters have not returned my funds to me! Be vigilant and don't work with them!

Yes, they have a good reason not to, and since you cannot get your money you resort to spamming since csgo500.com decided with finality and marked your account as violating their terms this accusation will go nowhere, if you continue to spam you will eventually get a ban, or you can try other platforms to resolve your case in your favor but I don't see a favorable outcome for you based on all the pieces of evidence presented.

Hello to all who are interested, the cheaters have not returned my funds to me! Be vigilant and don't work with them!

Isn't the outcome is yet to be definitive? UserU explained that you're detected to abuse and cheat the system by knowing the score "ahead" by watching the live match and taking advantage of delayed score update to place a bet based on that live match. I asked you to disprove this by providing us with your betting history, that can easily shows that all of your bets was placed way before the match happened or ended, or never placed bets while the match is currently playing. I believe this is the fourth time I asked?

Umm... you do aware that it's a two way street? You can provide the evidence from your side, I understand correctly that their betting history has timestamp on it? Thus, your bets are well documented on when did you placed them?

Yes, the time is visible everywhere, and I am sure that not one but does not violate the rules.
https://prnt.sc/jCUOjTPY5yBg  you can see the time here

Is this the same bet with the one provided previously? It'll actually be more helpful for us here to understand if you can provide the whole betting history instead of cropping and cherry picking them? As I've said numerous times before, they probably flagging you not due to just one bet, they've been monitoring you for a while, so... if you're comfortable with sharing your past betting with us, and sure you're the one being wronged here, feel free to share. Otherwise, do what suggested above

Have you written your complaint to the license authority? Usually they replies to the complaint if you write it in the appropriate way with evidence. The process will be also peaceful if you submit your complaint to Askgamblers. Sports betting site doesn't provide all the sensitive evidence in a public forum. But they will share some evidence to the mediator.

After thorough checking, the Sportsbook team has confirmed that this is another instance of abuse:

Quote
Obviously one of the sportsbook tennis abuser. User's betting patterns are not random while trying to game the system such as knowing the live score ahead and placing bets before the odds are updated. Attempted to circumvent block by randomly playing in-house/ casino games

They were able to identify due to similar patterns from previous cases. Hence, the decision is final.

The only thing left for the OP if he is sure he is right would be to take them to the ordinary courts but it would cost him more to do so than he could recover. I'm afraid there's not much more we can do from this forum.
OP can also reach to the mediator in order to get a better help. It won't cost him anything if he reaches to the 3rd party mediator or the license authority of the casino. Generally, sportsbook abusing issues can't be resolved on Bitcointalk forum. I have already suggested OP at where he can submit his complaint. OP has ignored my post. Perhaps, he/she doesn't have the confidence to reach a mediator.

Well, then it seems that the $1.5K was not confiscated for no reason, but that the casino had their reasons, as usual, because according to them the OP has broken the rules. The only thing left for the OP if he is sure he is right would be to take them to the ordinary courts but it would cost him more to do so than he could recover. I'm afraid there's not much more we can do from this forum.

I understand that the abuse being accused to OP here is a late bet? UserU, is it possible for you to provide some of OP's betting history with the timestamp to back-up this claim without jeopardizing your security measures? I believe OP gave their consent with above post to publicly post their betting history.

And OP, it's possible that the bid you mentioned above [Wickmayer v. Kudermetova] is not the one that trigger this situation. Your betting history and tendency has been monitored by their bookies, it could be the previous bets. Can't you provide the history of your betting yourself? And, are the said betting history have timestamp on when exactly your bet was placed?

I bet with the score 0-0 on games in https://prnt.sc/hqQTmpUYQKNS

Thank you for providing this, but as I previously mentioned, they flagged you not just because of one bet, they've been monitoring your betting history for a while and the findings from that internal investigation is what helps them reached the decision. Hopefully we can disprove it through your betting history, the timestamp should inform us the exact minute you placed bets, so if you didn't do a late bet, it'll be clear through the past history.

I don't understand how this could happen at all. I didn't want to break anything and I don't think I did. I'm asking you to provide proof. Because if I bet on tennis, I bet on the next game that hasn't even started yet.
Also, the last bet I made was on the next game, and for some reason you said that the bet was not accepted, although I have a screenshot confirming that the bet was made! In the chat, you told me that the provider allegedly did not accept it. This is complete nonsense. https://prnt.sc/m7y-DMH_IOiG (A screenshot of the very bid that started it all.) I think I lost money because of some bug!
If you see that my sports betting violates the rules, provide it as proof.

Since UserU already replied in this thread and he said you broke their rules, so you deserve your funds get confiscated by the casino.

In the another thread you opened before, I already predicted it before.

If you think you can get back the money after pressuring them, then you're wrong since no one will trust your words.

In addition what PokerPlayer said, this is the UserU account https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/useru-1452494

You just need to wait, I believe UserU will confirm what's happening here, either you're liar or they mistakenly accuse your account. But I smell you're the liar because there are more scammers than the legit user.

I am very upset in society. Why does everyone believe him because he didn't even give evidence, if I'm guilty, he will provide evidence in the form of betting timings

Most often I play outside the home, mainly in cafes or internet clubs.

Perhaps this is why 500 casinos thought so
It's possible. These casinos have automated systems that can link accounts that have logged in using the same device ID, or even IP addresses. Your task now is to urge out that you are not connected to any of the said accounts, if indeed you are innocent.

Perhaps a third party can help out with the mediation process. You could start with casinoguru and askgamblers as suggested.

The most annoying thing is that 500 casinos don't even want to listen to me and just ignore me. I'm a human being too. Why play on my feelings

Let's... have a tad bit more patience. I've PMed UserU, he'll hopefully come and address this issue on this thread once he come online and notice my PM.

As for why they "play on your feeling", I believe [if we suppose the situation here is simply due to that you played on internet cafe] it's a case of departmental communication. It's not that they're intentionally tried to play with their customer, I think it's simply customer support team just get a reply from the security team and provided you with the information provided to them, without being able to look into the log themselves.

Hopefully, this situation can be solved when their representative come and have another look at your case.

Thank you so much for your support, I appreciate it.
