I think it is just lower ranks, it probably gets reduced as your rank increases
I agree, it can get annoying at times. Does this limit apply to everyone or just lower ranks?
Is this between posts or to make a new account? I'd assume if there's a 6 minute post limitation for new accounts, it's to counter spam.
When will six minute post time be gone?
