OP, still waiting for your PM with UID, if you wish me to try to reach someone else on BC.

Hopefully you can reach somebody and help him. I mean, even with out the UID, how many cases of confiscated 5.5 million would they have, right?

Thank you for this, I missed this piece of information as I did not watch the video, not knowing that it's readily available. Given it's a weekend, I'd like to think that perhaps the staff I am in touch with were having a weekend break, thus the silence about other matter I asked, and they'll hopefully return on Monday.

If by Monday afternoon [this is the period I usually have some time to spare on my plate after IRL matters tackled to address cases and interact with the forum] I am yet to hear from them, I'll try to get to know more about the nature of OP's case from other staff.

Why? It'll be a rather risky stunt, won't it? Though some might will be attracted to the platform as they're paying 6 mills, some will also reconsider their decision to risk gambling on a casino who has such a high amount disputed. If they want a 0 USD advertisement, there are way lots of better alternative. Saying this one feels like a stunt, in my opinion, is... reaching.

Bc isnt stupid and theres only 1 possible outcome - them getting this solved. So the question is, why would they be doing all this if THE ONLY way this ends is them giving the money. This is far too big of an amount for the public to forget about it after a day/week/month.

Of which the possibility of a publicity stunt become more and more less likely as the days passes, since it'll raise people's doubt [both the prospective and the existing] about the safety in playing on the platform, and the possibility of the case stays this long due to investigation become more and more possible.

If it's publicity they aimed for, I believe the law of diminishing returns applies here, where they only have certain period of days and amount of USD to reap the benefit of publicity, beyond that, and I'd like to think the line has been passed, the graph dropped quickly and significantly.

damn lol is he calling it a publicity stunt as in i am secretly a bcgames employee? LOL

besides, regarding Norwegian law, I am a Canadian citizen 99.99% of the time and I am NOT in Ontario which is the only region of Canada they restrict and even if they do end up finding out they don't allow Norwegian players the geoblocker never popped up meaning no dispute website would side with them for that reasoning. I also just loaded Stake and a few other very giant online gambling platforms and they also don't regionblock Norway.

Not calling you bcgame employee. All I'm saying is theres no need to stress about it as they will give you the money since it's the only option that makese sense for them.

Can we tabled this option for the time being? Let's see if I can get a better context from BC and I can deescalate the situation without further... complication. I've been back in touch with the staff that's usually talking with me, I'll inquire more and return with whatever I can gather.

I am keeping the path open as security to me. I am not fully pursuing it until it's clear else is of importance to BCGame.

As per few hours ago, I've try to "escalate" this matter by reaching someone on an even higher position on BC, in hope they can better maneuver through and bypass the "backlog" of interdepartmental communication.

Given where their ass sit on BC's hierarchy, I can understand and fully expect a significantly slower streams of communication with them, so I am not sure when exactly and how soon will I get a reply from them, but I will, and I believe it will still be faster path to get to the bottom of your case compared to if I pursue the previous path with my usual contact. That person can still be able to get us to the bottom of this, I am sure of that, but I try to escalate this for your sake, so I hope you can see and understand this too.

So, if you can't see that some communication bound to be a bit slow due to the complexity of the case due to several factors being involved like the sum of the fund, the number of departments, and the authorities and signatures needed for approval to get something looked at, and choose to go to court, please tell me in advance so I can stop wasting my time trying to get ahold with this staff and/or to get this case resolved.

these guys are gonna look in between every crack and crevice, every speck of dust to find a reason not to pay.

That's exactly what I am thinking. They will leave no stones unturned until they find anything they can blame you for. If you can't find anything they always have their classic multi account accusation in the back pocket, of course without showing any evidence as casinos like to do best.

Well, good thing is, any lawyer would take this case if there is a % fee for winning involved, so you won't have any costs to pay because any lawyer would take that risk with such a high reward at stake.

I am curious how this will end. Not paying 5-6 million or whatever the amount is (changes every day) is not really something you can't hide from going public. The amount is just too big to ignore that.

I have already been speaking to two separate Curacao gaming (gambling) lawyers that are very interested in taking on the case if (when) BCGame says some nonsense reason as to why they cannot pay out.

There is a post that you edited. As long as you keep playing you will not be paid and you’ll most likely lose it all back. BC realizes this and they’ve seen this before. I’m posting this with hope that you stop playing so that you get paid. Most of the time in this type of situation, it leads to a player losing all. The second most common occurrence is getting stiffed. The other thing that can happen is a partial payment with a non disclosure agreement.

1. not going to lose it all
2. if i get stiffed their site goes to shit and i proceed with legal action (they have done $100mil in sports contracts past 365 days i am pretty sure they dont want to do that lmfao)
3. partial payment not warranted given facts at hand

I hope so for my case, yeah. I dunno why evolution takes weeks to clear a case when I won most of it from a lucky side bet on bj.

For your case, hopefully the short-term loss on their end isn't worth the long-term reputational damage it will be on them if they don't pay you out properly.

I feel you here brother. I have about $100k stuck in Rollbit withdrawals and it's down bad. These withdrawals have to be quicker especially with bigger amounts.

hi, update.

because of the ETH drop the balance became worth only $4.7mil, so i took out $100k ( 40 eth)  and turned it to $1m (420 eth). so the balance is worth around $5.8mil right now aka still $6mil (2428 eth specifically)

yea definitely sucks. but what i can tell you from looking at your case is, you will 1000% get your money soon if you were gambling within the rules. cuz yours has provider looking at it, etc.

mine is literally just waiting for bcgame to come up with a reason to not pay me 6 million dollars LMFAO. it was won on their dice original on 50/50 odds bets. these guys are gonna look in between every crack and crevice, every speck of dust to find a reason not to pay.

You are showing typical textbook traits of a compulsive gambler. The market will go up and down; do not chase losses. 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing, so I urge you to stop touching your balance until your case gets resolved and you get your cash out. Why are you giving them exactly what they want? If you lose your balance, there will be nothing to fight for.

don't need your gambling advice. been gambling since 2018 and have always known my limits and stopped way before it could actually effect me heavily financially. any gambler that loses $1.5mil because of the website taking so long would feel some kind of way about it. you do realize i withdrew $100k from my BCgame vault and got it to $1m first try right? i 100%  wouldn't have kept chasing the losses if I lost the $100k lol. i know how to gamble responsibly, ty.

exactly, crypto casino owners.. especially successful ones... are not stupid people at all. they know if the many crypto whales that lurk this forum see "$6MIL NOT RECEIVED BCGAME [RESOLVED]" it would be amazing branding for the casino. i think this guy is just unfamiliar with BCGame, they have done like $100m in sports deals past 2 years, my $6m is nothing to them and it would only benefit them paying it out.

This feels like a stunt made by bc to get some attention. After enough attention is accumulated they will release your funds and claim they made it right for you. You will change the title of the thread to "6m bc.game SOLVED" and boom, bc.game just got free advertisement for $0.

Keep your head up and lawyer up, go after their licence and make it clear you're not backing down.
