Nothing heard from BCGame yet. The current balance is 1800 ETH or around $5.3mil. I'm not gonna lie I was gambling with the balance semi frequently since making this thread which YES I know is what they want me to do and is one of their malicious strategies but luckily I came out on top and am going to call it quits with touching the balance. The lowest the balance got to before I recovered to $5.3m was around $2.2m.

I will be doing a $75k giveaway on here in ETH once I get my winnings.
To be honest, I still don’t understand what these hints were about, and why it was immediately removed.

It's true (sad news).

All those who have been connected to BC in any way over the last year, participating in the campaign, in weekly contests and in football pools, know very well how much BC values its reputation, so the solution to this case was only a matter of time (and the related delays were due to force majeure circumstances).

In any case, congratulations! It seems to be a new record if we talk about a one-time payment!

Congrats to the OP! I didn’t see that coming.

As far as $42m USDT being paid through Sportsbet, that money was paid in euros by the company running the WowPot. They seed the pot with 2m euros. Many casinos are involved in WowPots. Steve falsely claimed on multiple occasions that Sportsbet made payments by USDT.

The story told above by holydarkness is Steve’s version. WowPots are always paid in lump sum.

Does this mean the OP will be paid 2500 ETH as winnings that were withheld until the investigation was complete? If it is the full 2500 ETH that would equate to around $6.7 million dollars. Those sorts of payout USD$ numbers are (to put it simply) unbelievably high. This now makes me curious, does anybody know what the largest every crypto payout by any casino/gaming website as winnings that were won by any customer. And what were the largest winnings that were withdrawn by a customer?

I believe the OP is already paid the sum that's previously inaccessible to him, from his vault pro, gaming balance, and whichever source within his account. And yes, the amount should be in ETH, as that's the currency which OP stored his fund on BC were [this is also the reason why OP fairly and diligently updated the subject of each of his post, having the amount changing each time to reflect the current rate of ETH as the time he made the post]

As for largest crypto winning, this far, I believe that'll be the 42,000,000 USDT jackpot that's paid through Sportsbet back in February this year? Though the winning, I remember perfectly and correctly, was paid in installment to several addresses as per the winner's own request to protect their privacy, so though the same winning can be considered also as the largest winning that were withdrawn by a customer, the winning was at the same time, technically, also not the largest that's withdrawn by the customer.

If we're talking about case being disputed publicly and paid, one so far that I oversee and get to its end, if my memory serves me correctly, this is the largest. There was another case with 7 BTC as amount being disputed in the past, but the player was found to be cheating the system and got their fund voided. So yeah, this one will be the biggest so far.

Kinda... fun overseeing and mediating this one, and yes it does feel good to mark this one as resolved.

Yes, I got a reply earlier today from my contact on BC [the higher staff] telling me that your VIP host has been in touch with you. I was away from my devices that I use to make post at that time and only now I can read your thread to give replies to the forum through the said device.

I was about to inquire whether the statement is correct, that your VIP host is currently communicating with you, and intended to pursue the staff about the statement if it's wrong, but it seems you've raised one better before I can ask for confirmation.

I understand that you're now in full access of your entire fund and the matter is resolved? If it is, first, I am glad to hear this dispute finally meet its end, though the inconvenience you experienced during the entire lengthy process is sadly inevitable. Second, I personally don't think there is any proof I need to see; My BC contact informed me that they'll push your VIP host to get in touch with you, they keep their word by having your VIP host contacting you, with a resolution, you confirmed the resolution.

I personally think it's a case worth marked as resolved. Though if anyone wished a further inquiry about your situation and/or you feel it'll be much better if you send me the proof [whatever they contain] through PM, my inbox is always open.

I'm in high spirits because I know there's nothing they can say. I gambled from unrestricted regions, I didn't abuse any kind of features on the site like bonuses or affiliates, I am not a multi accounter, and I did not exploit the game. Therefore, this money is mine. Whether it's through the Curacao court system or through BCGame being honest. This is my money by all means. Not theirs

You never know what they will come up with. Casinos have hundreds of TOS, and I am sure if a casino wants not to pay the winnings to a player, they will find a couple of TOS which you have broken. They could say you have used malicious code and 3rd party software to break their system to win millions of dollars, which is probably not true. But unfortunately, it happened with a lot of high rollers in the past and will continue to happen. It really depends on the casino if they want to pay or not. No matter how innocent you are. If someone gambles a million dollars, they should not do it online, especially when a casino has a lot of scam accusations in the past. I am not asking you to pick another casino, but you should care about your money.

"They could say you have used malicious code and 3rd party software to break their system to win millions of dollars"

Then they can explain that to me turning $100k to $1m while recording my screen lol. I have everything covered here, there's nothing they can say. Besides, they know if they say shit that nobody believes it does nothing for them. Its counterproductive even

Well, I like your mindset but given the fact that people working at BC are total bitxxes I think they won't make it that easy for you unfortunately.
This main self absorbed main discord guy just banned me from their server just for bringing up this topic in the chat. Other people there insult, scam and say BC is a scam every day, nothing happens. I get banned without a warning.
This is the most ridiculous site I have ever encountered, the clowns that work there are such bad people in general, it's crazy.

Why anybody would play at such a poorly managed site and trust them with money is beyond me.

Nothing will disappoint me because I haven't breached T.O.S.  Let's see!!! Tango.
You seem in very high spirits for someone that is basically claiming complete innocence when allegations of impropriety are levelled against you to the value of 2500 ETH. To some degree I find your positive attitude a welcomed sign however over the years many members (including myself) have seen replies from casinos/gaming websites that challenge the claims being made against them. I am not stating that it has or has not happened in your case but the fact remains that for a vast majority of scam allegations being made in the forum, the one making the allegation is usually economical with the truth.

I would also like to commend all the users who took part in this discussion, especially those who took part in the bc.game signature campaign. I really hope you can get your winnings if you really deserve them.
I cannot speak for others but I would support any victim of any scam regardless of whether I was part of their signature campaign or not. In this particular case, we have read just one side of the story. The casino have stated they are looking in to the matter and with that the expectation soon we will have a better picture of what happened according to their side of the story. After reading both sides, we as a community will come to our own conclusions about whether there is any legitimacy to the initial claim or not.

Keeping that aside, I agree with you. If the OP deserves the 2500 ETH then I hope he receives them. If he was in breach of the terms and conditions that he voluntarily accepted when he became their customer, he will probably not receive it and if that is the case, any support he might receive in the forum will probably be dependent on what the alleged breach was.

It has been ten days since BC.Game posted their sole reply in this thread. I hope they reply soon in order to find a conclusion to this matter.

If this case does not resolve properly, it will set a very bad precedent not only for crypto gambling in particular but for the entire online gambling industry in general. It will definitely lead towards less anonymity for gamblers. In my honest opinion, bc.game has already lost its trust in the eyes of many high rollers, and they will refrain from using bc.game. I personally will not deposit a single cent there and will advise others to do the same.
The only way out for bc.game is to immediately pay the man his money or come out in public as soon as possible with some solid evidence for not paying (though I think the time for that has long passed). I mean, enough is enough; it cannot go on forever!

Btw, a fun fact for anyone curious. I have 47,810 bets placed on the Dice original game that I won 90% of the money on. Of those 47,800 bets, about 45,000 were without using auto bet. Just manually betting and switching up the roll over/roll under as I felt needed. If I were doing let's say 0.4 bets a second, that's around 31 hours of staring at the Classic Dice screen clicking bet. Which yep, sounds about fucking right. Pretty worth it to turn 30 ETH to 2500 though huh?

Your case is unprecedented by all standards. It is rare for someone to win $7 million in the most boring game Dice on one platform, and then for it to turn into a pending issue that is perhaps the biggest in the history of crypto-based casinos.

I do not want to completely exonerate or condemn bc.game, but with the long waiting period without a clear time limit, I have come to suspect that the casino is dragging the issue out to gain as much time as possible to search for any loophole that would enable them to not pay.

I would also like to commend all the users who took part in this discussion, especially those who took part in the bc.game signature campaign. I really hope you can get your winnings if you really deserve them.
