I am finding that I need to spend some time considering seriously if it's wise to continue playing this casino, due to the incredible void and absence of any support. Not even taking in to account this is not the first time. But, I think probably my highest value deposit to date, using their exchange service, bitin, and the deposit is nowhere to be found in their casino. Several hours have passed since I've reached out to both responsible for this casino through chat and pm with no response. previously there was usually a delay. they seem to be getting longer. i particularly find uncertainty and waiting to be obnoxious. if it's just the level or scale of the inconvenience that makes me quit playing here, that seems regretful to me. sorry if this comes across preachy or rantish. thanks.

I do apologize, for the delays. Do consider, the time zone differences here, the time you were asking for help, my developer and I was asleep. We have the same time zone as each other.
As humans we can't be online 24/7, seeing a site in front of you, or a given business, can make people forget the very people behind it that run it.
Bitin at the time was low in BTC, hence, it didn't process your transaction. We had manually credit you as soon as we were online and refill the bitin BTC wallet.

Thank you for the lesson in these very obvious concepts. I found it incredibly condescending. I did consider very much the potential timezone difference. Please refer to my statement that "several hours" had passed. Unless your sleeping schedule requires more than 10 hours, I feel I was fairly patient, considering the repetitive nature of this particular issue. Also, I in no way "forget the very people" that run a web site. Quite the opposite, I am very focused on you and your partner's behavior behind this website. Let me offer you some blatantly obvious advice, as you did for me. In business, offering any type of service is dependant on those who desire or require that service. Unless you have an endless supply of new customers, who generate the same revenue as old customers, keeping those old customers as returning customers, can be beneficial. If there is some aspect of your business that might be an inconvenience or irritation for those customers, remedying that aspect would be prudent. Unless there is no competing business out there for your customer to opt for. I would imagine lecturing and insulting your customer, especially in a public forum, may not produce the desired result. But I am assuming somewhat of your desired result. Based on your communications, and some irregularities in operation of your site, you may have a very different objective. If so, godspeed.
