A quick look at the blockchain clearly shows we processed his withdrawal properly (TxID: f14733ff26eca708af1c115c36e6dd29b1e02005b8e5e3bcd225c161f8ec75d1). He claims has has contacted Xapo support, who have said that address never received coins, which is clearly false going by the tx above. My attempts to help him have mostly been met with him resending the exact same PM back to me repetitively and not answering any of my questions.

from what i see, the problem is with xapo
because it is clear than 777coin did send the amount to the requested address, please clarify this matter with xapo support , either there is an error with xapo or you requested it to a wrong address in xapo
+1, it's xapo's fault, we can see the tx in the blockchain, it means that 777coin sent him indeed.
This guy should blame xapo as a scammer, but not 777coin. Because blockchain doesn't lie.
