You are indeed right, we tried to make an instant deposit model however due to some people trying to cancel transactions, we now need just 1 confirmation! I will make sure to adjust it and make it clear.

To prevent abuse, you can instantly credit only transactions that are non-rbf. There is no easy way to cancel such transactions. You can also accept only transactions which pay a reasonable fee-rate and which are likely to get confirmed within the next few blocks. The final precaution would be to block withdrawals until all deposit transactions have enough confirmations.

I already sent that to our IT expert and he will implement those changes, his workload is pretty big now but I will genuinely make this a priority as I can see why and how it matters to you, and for a good reason. Same thing. If other casinos implement this without having to ask for extra fees, why put this one on your site anyway? Other casinos don't allow instant credit of deposits but they still get by, and are even doing good on their profits. Perhaps you can remove it and don't allow instant deposits yet since you're still a starting platform with a little budget to work with.

Is there any evidence of this? If you want your allegations taken seriously, you should post a topic in the Scam Accusations section. I hope you can take a screenshot of the correspondence with the live-chat agents, and it would be great if you had some evidence of your balance history on the site. Making claims that are not supported by proof will not be taken seriously by the community.
Thanks for this. He was disrespectful to live chat, we have proof of it. He sent a screenshot of himself using a bug in the system, then he was banned automatically. I then took matters and spoke to him, understood him and reinstated his account and given him his balance whilst IT support checked his account being genuine. He then immediately starts gambling, losses it, and now proceeds to try and give us a bad name. I have proof for all of this, and already sent it and brought this up to the moderators. He has 0 proof to back his words, and is probably posting here from multiple accounts.
I appreciate your explanation. If this is indeed the case, then I suggest you ignore his nonsense completely. Almost every casino has to deal with such cases sometimes. But, as I said, no one here will take him seriously unless he substantiates his claim with evidence. Eventually, he will give up.

Usually, a casino site gives free bonuses to new users for a certain period of time but that will depend on the casino site's plans. If they only give free bonuses to new members who are limited in number, that's also up to them. I think people have used the free bonus so most of us don't get the free bonus. I just visited and haven't created an account on the site. Maybe I'll try it later after @OP explains the latest situation on the site and answers questions from some of the members here.

I have already reported this. This person has used a visual bug, which resulted in his balance taken away. The owner was kind and gave his balance back whilst the IT support checked his account. This person then proceeded into playing more and losing his balance. All of this is backed by proof in the backend, all his bets, IP address (which he tried to hide using VPN) are there. Already escalated this to the mod because it is the lowest kind of people. He was disrespectful in chat as well. We do not have the authority to go on his account and play, this was a rule from the start, it would be unjust.
We are happy to pay out, and within 24 hours from releasing it here, we paid out numerous people already, however, if you bring lies and cheats, we will not allow it.
On another note, thank you all for your kind words and feedback. We are taking it all aboard and fixing things as we go, like in this case, the player got his balance back within minutes, but it is his fault he lost it all although was told explicitly to wait whilst we look into his account. It is normal for people to try abuse the system now, but it only makes our platform stronger.
