Maybe this will be only way to get their attention. Before that, OP need to update his thread and add some valid proof of his claim.
Wait, wait, wait, calm down. Don’t jump to conclusions just yet. OP hasn’t provided the necessary proof to support their accusation, and just because the rep isn’t responding doesn’t mean DT members will automatically tag them. It doesn’t work that way; even if there is an active rep, if they don’t find the scam accusation relevant, they likely won’t take the time to reply.
Since their representative does not answer to any kind of queries, and their live support never answer (according to the OP), what the community should assume about this casino? I checked their website, it seems it is not possible to contact their support without logging in, I guess I don't have an account there.

I wouldn't recommend that you PM 8betnews. It looks like a bot. They don't communicate or reply to the users posting in their thread. If it's not a bot, then it's a person whose task is solely to share news about the casino and nothing else. You might have greater luck PMing the OP, 8Bet. The account was last active in late August, but I can see that their post history shows communication in scam accusation threads.

I'll send the account who has been posting on their thread a PM, perhaps he/she can help shed some light as to why they are not replying to you. also, you should post evidence backing up your claim as Russlenat suggested.
