You have mentioned in the rules that edited posts will be disqualified, but you never mentioned if users can have more than 1 guess. Lots of users have 3+ guesses. None are correct, but 1 thing you gotta remember to do on this forum is explain everything otherwise people will try anything

What if each user get the right to make one guess per day or per week.. set the calendar at UTC time to keep the thing simple, for example each user allowed to place one guess per 24h.. between [00:00 and 23:59] !
We’ll allow one guess every 48 hours!
But I do agree that it should be added to the original posts so that everyone will see it.

Yes they have not added the rule to the OP nor gived more details on the modalities but they said that they are allowing one guess per 48 hours !
