I disagree that 3 sat/byte is not low at this moment. Of course there are always going to be 0 sat even being cleared every day but obviously these are transactions by the miners themselves who can include anything they want into the block they find right? I tried even putting in 50 sat/byte and it took me over 2 days. For a casino, if you put a tx in that will take hours to confirm it sounds like trying to double spend.
3.3 sat/byte is not considered low since there are transactions currently clearing at around 2sat/byte according to,

Honestly even when the fees are high, I usually send transactions with a low fee anyways, unless I am not in a rush I don't care if it takes 24 hours to confirm. The site most likely is using it as an excuse just not to pay him out. There are so many bad reviews with 999dice I don't understand why people still use it. You can read the last few pages and see what issues people are having over the years.

As you can see my depos and my wd requests and also my winnings if you calculate everything you will see the requested withdrawal amount is correct and you can also see my deposits are not double spend see txid's below.

I told in 999dice chat that he was scamming and he say i am double spending and thats why he don't send my btc and all sheeps in chat believe it he send 100 doge to everyone as a tip and everyone in chat is happy and jake is king if you understand what i mean.
Can i open court against him? Or should i just give up?

Otherwise, the situation is unfortunate, but you're likely not getting anything back. Open a thread in the scams section if you haven't, and make sure you pay reasonable fees in the future to avoid the appearance of wrongdoing.

He's accusing you of attempting a doublespend scam. I don't know what his proof is, but apparantly he believes you purposely deposited funds with an extremely low fee in order to see if you would win, then let it confirm to withdraw. I would like to see the casino's proof.

999 withdrawals are always done exactly 5 minutes after you request,,, this is my experience. It will be stuck for 2 reasons on 999dice. First reason is the hotwallet is empty so they need to do it manually. The second is you tried to withdraw before your deposit confirmed. You can play already on 0 confirmations but you can only withdraw after 1 confirmation.
really 0 confirmation? i recently played there but my deposit credited after it got 1/2 confirmation and the 0 confirmation i think already not work there
Ah then maybe they changed it after all,,, 999dice is the favorite site to try double spending attempts because of the 0 confirmation rule (as in people make the tx on low fee, then gamble all in, if they win, they keep it and withdraw. If they lose, they make a double spend at another place,,, so I guess 1 confirmation is good.

What issue you mean? You can't login or reached the site? I already never open 999dice again so idk whatever the site still running or not for now (but i think they are still running). Your withdrawal got stucked on your account right? It keep says processing but you never get your withdrawal. There were some people said about that too, in the end they canceled their withdrawal and then keep playing until their lose all their money on this site. The site's representative is not even active anymore in this forum so I prefer to stay away.
The fact is there are still many people playing on there (some of them only on there because they want to get bonus rain or tip from generous people

I've used this site before, it was very popular I remember at one time in 2014 or so.
Whenever someone bumps it up, it brings back memories.
I've read this thread a few times, from what I can understand there was some shady practises and I haven't really used it since. I think unless the OP comes back and explains a few things, the site will remain almost dead.
