Buy $BGL before it's too late!

It's possible based on some extreme price swings we have seen in the past.  But it could also be more measured and deliberate.  Remember, people have seen the price below 7k recently so they may not want to take a risk on buying too high.
But if the Fomo's continue those investors will go back and start chasing again the lowest value that they can get. This market rise are accompanied
by ongoing situations not only the incoming halving but also the tensions from the middle east. Wealthy people are looking for alternatives and aside
from precious metals, digital currency are also good for storing their assets.

This pony likes to buckaroo, just when you think the road is clear it wants to buck you off that easy ride and put you back in the bushes.   Price never runs straight, for whatever reason its very hard to be certain it'll keep going in any direction for long.

Its done well so far but I take it quite a bearish turn to reverse like it has today.

I was expecting a sharp pullback due to the guideline of alternation. Wave 2 was a sideways correction, so Wave 4 was expected to be a sharp correction. The market is recovering nicely off the 0.382 (a typical retracement for Wave 4) and we are roughly holding this linear channel so I think there is still more upside coming:

The price you just predicted is not certain because you can't actually use the current price momentum stance of the market to judge the next week market and the last time i checked this current market havent prove to be dump resistant.
Meanwhile, this is the best time where experience trade make quick profit cause the market is highly manipulated.

i dont think it is good to reach 9k that fast. i prefer to have a strong resistence point around 8k and stay just above this point for a few weeks. because sharp ups brings also weaker buy resistance below.

And that its why its taking a breath for now, the climb is just too steep. It might really have to stay at $8000-$8500 for a period of time before it goes up again. I could be wrong but it has to gain momentum before going up again. $9 next week seem happening too fast. While we btc rising fast, ETH and some altcoins are not following up.

Its done well so far but I take it quite a bearish turn to reverse like it has today.  8500 was the top prices for alot of October so we have resistance remembered in the price still now.
Lets see it go back to 7500 maybe and deal with that as a bottom price, build on that and then we'll get higher perhaps.   Could possibly take more then a week to do this though.

Looks like it's a bull trap. Smiley
Do you see the situation of the market already? Price of bitcoin started to drop from $8,300 to $8,000, we might see a $7,800 tomorrow if this will continue. Wink
I don't know what makes bitcoin to pump like this but i guess the recent conflict between US and Iran is the main reason why pump the market.

I think it looks like it'll be harder to stay above 8k$ as BTC is retesting the support and 8500$ resistance is hard to break. Trump's statements are not aggressive but if Iran retaliates then we may see some escalation in the price.

I think the price of bitcoin will not rise to $ 9,000. Because it first needs to break the $ 8,500 barrier and by now the bitcoin price is already at $ 8,050 and if it returns to the $ 7,000 + price it will probably have difficulty raising it again.

Especially now that many investor securing thier profits.

It is a very healthy pull-back. I don't expect it to go much further down. Expect some side ways for a few days with an explosiv breakout of the falling wedge.

Yes indeed, even though bitcoin is going to redeem the price of $ 8500 but it can't afford it and the price is back down a little now, but reaching $ 9000 is only a few hundred dollars more so for me it will be easy for bitcoin to redeem it.
Many investors are now only short-term to get its profits.

Depend whit how continue conflict and war between united state and Iran at the next time, will they keep for fighting or not. When war running between Iran and United State have big effect for bitcoin have lower price if Iran become the winner and bitcoin back down if United State can against whit Iran, we know bad economic later after conflict between both countries above.

with the way price jumped and the way that the media is currently hyping up everything and scaring people with the drama in middle east and tries to make a link, it wouldn't be surprising if the price had much faster rise. not to mention that the market has been waiting for a very long time for this rise to start in 2020 and all the money that has been waiting to jump back in, will FOMO buy back in and price could shoot up to $13k by next week.
yeah 9k is too low a guess. i am hoping to crack 10k next week

Very optimistic. It's funny how apetites grow every time when price starts to rise. If someone asked two or three weeks ago no one wouldn't even mention 9000$ or 10000$ as a possibility. And we also need to have in mind that the price might pull back so there is no guarantee for continuous growth.

Yeah people get way too excited as soon as the price goes up. As you say, even just a week ago people would be hoping for $8000 in the near future, now that its over 8000 suddenly they are talking about 9000 or 10,000 happening essentially immediately. A bit ridiculous. Whoever thinks that way hasn't been around long enough to know that such a quick pump is pretty much guaranteed to be followed by a dump. Not going to 9000 right now would be better for the market than going to 9000 right away.

More important is bitcoin price must stabilize at some specific value be it 7000 or 8000$. So other areas of bitcoin may be focused. The way bitcoin is going 9000$ seems to be next stop in 2 days. That's a typical wild run by bitcoin, not the first time tough.
Around $7800 - $8000 are the prices where it can stabilize. I just want to see it don't go lower than the price that we have right now but this is bitcoin and it's always unpredictable whether it will go bullish or bearish.

We might see some slow mo during the weekends and hopefully, you are right that we'll see $9k.

I'm fine with that but I don't think price would rise that easy, the rise was not abrupt so I am thinking slowly bitcoin price will rise but not $9K next week, that's too fast of a rise, and I'm afraid next move would be a dump as normally when there some kind of FOMO, whales do cash out easily.
[...]

why too fast? even within a week the price of bitcoin is able to touch 8000, so the possibility of 9000 next week is very possible, especially now that it has touched 8300. FOMO might also occur because of the war that is currently happening

It is actually too fast. Stadus is right, if this happen, there will be a tendency that whales will dump on it and pulling the price down. It is better if it establishes strong support at 8k before breaking 9K.

Exactly. Of course we all know Bitcoin is a roller coaster ride and will have large spikes and dumps this year, but if we are just coming out of this downtrend of the past 6 months then I'd rather see Bitcoin rise steadily and strongly out of it, rather than pump high and come back low again not showing much strength at any level. We had a major pump a few months ago and it fell back further than where it started!

The real fireworks likely will happen in 2021, for this year I'd be super happy with an average rise of 1000/month. That'd put Bitcoin on the brink of passing the ATH at the end of this year (very similar to 2016), making it ready to explode in 2021. We already got 1000 raise in January so if steadies itself and builds support in the 8000s for the rest of the month and moves to 9000s in february thats perfect to me.

as I wrote in my previous thread, in my technical analysis the resistance line actually didn't reach the price of $9,000 for this month.  but sometimes the price of bitcoin when experiencing bullish or bearish when it reaches a resistance or support point sometimes exceeds that line. so it doesn't have to be straight on that line.  and for this month maybe I will choose the price below $9000. And of course the point of resistance and support for the next month will be broader in the sense that the price will be at a higher Resistance line, as seen from now trading volume has increased

Potential Price of BTC / USD Bitcoin pairs Until January 31, 2020.
Key Point: 7122$

  • Resistence 3: 8469$
  • Resistance 2: 7954$
  • Resistance 1: 7636$

Key Point: 7122 $

  • Support 1: 6609$
  • Support 2: 6289$
  • Support 3: 5774$

CONCLUSION:
If BTC / USD trades above the key point then the highest potential price of Bitcoin until January 31, 2020 is 8469$
If BTC / USD trades below the key point then the lowest potential price of Bitcoin until January 31, 2020 is 5774$
