I'm new to I'm doing some bounty now. And I have a question, but how can money then get into my wallets, if there are only ETH and USD? what will be their course, and whether I can hold them in the company's currency on the basis of their growth.

Wow. Hats off to you.  You've really made huge favor for a lot of newbie by writing down the most important and some of the fundamental rules for bounty works. They ought to be saving these rules. A lot of people make huge errors during a bounty campaigns, especially those who spam the forum by shitposting around the forum for signature campaigns and end up getting red from the moderators. My suggestion for the new bounty workers would be before joining a campaign check out whether the bounty manager's feedback, success rate and how much he engages with the bounty hunters. That way a new bounty hunters can feel secured and motivated too.

If you are planning to go full time with doing bounties, then this post is actually really really helpful for beginners that are eager to make money doing bounties. This step by step and specific tutorial is the best for starters. But if you are just here to try bounties, then you might consider just pickung up some helpful pieces out of these.

Nice thanks for the tutorial, I think this is a great starting place for people who want to get involved with bounties, but have no clue where to start.

I would also look into Crowdholding.com. They are a platform where you log in for free, give feedback and ideas to tasks that have been created by startups and you get cryptocurrency for doing it (Crowdholding's Yupie + other ERC-20 tokens from the startups on their platform). I think it is a simpler system than bounties and again a great place to start learning about the process of tokens.
