Now it is the right time to buy cryptocurrencies because bitcoin will not be lower than 8K. I consider the current time to be the starting point for a bull market is basing on technical analysis.

I do not expect that the market will come back down, I always hope that the market will recover and improve. in this month I see the market is already in good condition or up trend although sometimes there is still a decline behind the increase.

No one actually knows when a bull market will take plsce, though we take a look at the historical charts and compare it with today, it is true there is a lot of similarities, but the factors affecting the price now is different compared before, there are regualtions, countries that accepted bitcoin before, now banning them, more scam sites had been created, and a lot of new FUDs are out there, the time span of september, i'm assuming that we all know what mt.gox will do then, and also it is the end of the ghost month, i think that's the reason why most of us assume that will be the start of the bull market, if so, people will just invest before those months so they can have a huge captail gain, but that is not how it goes, no one can clearly say it will be a bull market, but one thing is for sure, if we keep updated then there is no worries, whether a bull market or a bear market will take place we can still have gains.
I think we will see bull market in august or september of this year. Also I think that in december bitcoin can hit 25k$. Green market will back, just wait.
No one knows on when would be the start of having a bull market AGAIN. Yes, all of us should be positive and vigilant on the market so that we will not be late when it fly to the moon. Honestly, I can't give any time frame if we will based it on the graphs for the past years. Hoping that bull market will start in q4.

No, currently we are in a consolidation phase, price has to be stabilized and after that we can see new ATH.This may take more months before we finally see a real bull market again that can be last till next year. The price of all cryto should stabilize for now and wait until the market gain the momentum again. Just keep on investing in a bear market, and see what happen in the future.

if there would be a project that the government will notice the goodness of it I think that is the beginning of what we are waiting as of now for me there were no reason for the government to trust cryptocurrency.

if you look at it as a whole the current market growth is still in an uptrend, though a lot considered this phase a correction and rumors of dip in the third quarter of 2018. The bull Market is expected to happen in the last quarter of the year and it will peak most on the December to January 2019. if the predictions are true i will be all out.
There won't be a bull market for all the rest of 2018, but I believe there will be another couple of months yet to make a run. I am not prepared to invest anymore at the time being, as I am stuck in a lot of bags from last year's run.

This week Bitcoin and all the cryptocurrencies seems little low only so how do you mean this as a bull market mate. There are people really looking to see all the coins to bump better than this and even more to reach the peak.
As market is seems fluctuating we need to more support from the investors side and traders side to pull the bitcoin price up.
End of this month I expect the btc to reach around 7k USD at least.
I think what happened in 2017, didn't do well for many investors. Many people think the market is all about bull market and they make easy money all the time. I don't think we'll have the same bull run we had before, however, the good coins will make decent return for the long-run (around Nov - Dec)
I believe that we have received a lot in 2017! was a big increase due to the growth of popularity. Now the market has fallen to its initial position and is slowly growing
