OP and I were having private conversations about working together and my investing in his operation.

He got upset when I thought his joke was not funny and said if he did stuff like this I could not work with him. He then responded to the private conversation in a locked public thread.

This is a warning to anyone who wants to work with this guy.

1. What was the private conversation about?

2. What exactly did he say in the locked public thread that obviously pissed you off?

3. You have any proof that OP was other than playing a practical joke on the PPC supporters?

4. I don't support his actions unless he was trolling PPC supporters. And this would be a reason not to trust me? lol...

5. How much of that 40,000 BTC that you loaned PirateAt40 at 7% weekly interest has been returned?

In my opinion, I think that after a forum user has shown how gullible they are to send such a huge amount of money/bitcoins to a a guy who's alias is "PirateAt40" and believed in the holy 7% rate of return per week, should be taken MUCH less seriously on this forum.

I may be a troll but I'm not stupid enough to do some of the asinine things that you have done in this online community in terms of "investments".

Here is one more question: How much money total have you lost in ALL of your investments relating to bitcoin? Lay it on the table like a man Goat and be proud of your scars of retardedness.

OP was dishonest, and I could care less why you guys support his actions. It already shows me not to trust you either.

I do not see how using trickery and being dishonest is "funny" or acceptable.

Edit: Don't mind Goat, he is supposed to be getting on the next train wreck that will scam him of more BTC and other assets as his trend and track record has proven he is one of the worst possible forum members to loan BTC to (or any form of money) and have him invest on behalf of you.

Please explain why you felt it was a good idea to take our private conversation public in a locked thread?

Why did you feel you should be able to make claims when I did not have the ability to respond?

Will you in the future post potential investors PMs in public when they are not happy with the way you operate?

It seems we have offended the mighty Chaang and possibly some less outspoken forum members.


The context:

After a poll was finished, we changed the "no" answer to "yes of course " as a joke: on this topic https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/should-satoshiroulettecom-add-ppc-support-117744

Unfortunately Chaang did not appreciate our joke and began labeling us liars and scammers.
We explained that this was a joke as can be seen from the thread and that we could not see any "scam" angle for this as it was a poll for our own service to collect expressions of interest.
To which we were simply met with my accusations

We are not scammers, In our short time so far we have had nothing but happy customers and no issues of non payment or late refunds for over bets.
We are sorry if we caused any grief to alt coin fans by this joke that some feel is in bad taste.
We will not edit any further polls, joke or other wise.
We have also corrected the poll and the topic is locked.

We felt the joke was in good humor at the time, as the poll we explained is an expression of interest. We were only interested in yes votes but would of appreciated any feedback from others as to why supporting another altcoin would have been a bad choice.
Privately we had agreed that any more than 5 yes votes and we would support PPcoin unless we heard form other PPcoin community members valid reasons why it would not be a good idea, which is what happened when we queried devcoin if they would like us to support them.

Sorry all, we had no idea offense could be taken from our joke the way Chaang did and we did not give enough consideration about its appropriateness when making it.
