Listening is really important. To gain knowledge and experience, listening is a must, and talking more means just practice and application of the same knowledge and hence, talking more won't gain you much knowledge rather than halting the process of gaining it by listening. Indeed, it's truth.

for us to understand thing we must listen first before commenting,there is a right way to react in each matter because the more we talk the more mistakes we commit so yeah absolutely ,we must be a listener if we want to be a leader for us to know the feeling and how to give sympathy to our members.

Based on my assumptions about good listeners in the OP above are all users who have positions (Moderator, staff and others) in this forum and the ranking in this forum is that they are good listeners so they are worthy of their current position and ranking. Just because the way the OP says it is incorrect will make other users think it is wrong.What are they to listen to? The cries of merit hungry newbies?
Newbie in my opinion are an important part of the forum and not all newbie are stupid, dont want to know, dont care about the rules and those who have quality posts will be highly valued by forum users. This merit system exists because theymos want forum users to post something of quality and so far I know many newbie will consider this system as a barrier to their ranking so they need the right guidance.If a newbie is thirsty for merit but he is able to post something of quality then that merit is something that must be sent to him, but if they ask and complain about merit then I think it will only make a lot of people ignore it.
Others take my post literally, so they do not understand what the real point of it, which is really bad for them is, they don't read it carefully, so they ended on commenting arrogantly, sorry for the term but it is somehow that way.
Indeed! We are newly here base on our ranks. We are still studying every important topic that are posted by the moderator not only moderator but also from other people here who gives us enough knowledge. This forum is our gateway to learn more about cryptocurrency, the more we can learn from here the more success will come.
Well said mate, we should keep studying in this forum, learning is not obsolete we should adopt for every change in our life, this bitcointalk is excellent forum for gaining knowledge as well as earning money, but if you are still a beginner here don't need to think about the earnings first because if you mind that over knowledge then for sure, it will be so hard for you to become successful in this platform. This must be applied in real life. If you are into a situation when a leader becomes bossy and doesn't teach and approach you properly, it's the mentality of being a boss.

All of the of those persons that have a high rank here also became like that. We are all came from being so innocent from this forum, experience is the very best thing that we should have for to become a better person, we should read some threads here, which is very helpful for us to gain so much knowledge, and also you should a good listener, all of the leaders in this forum or even in the real world, became a good listener as well, we should be like that if we are still a beginner because if we have that kind of characteristic then for sure we will become successful in the future.
