And if we can also teach them at home about saving and spend only on necessary things, that will mold them to be careful in managing their finances. Yes, I agree more with your opinion, I see that most people want their children to quickly get to know Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency and they hope that their children will be successful in future.
But it is not certain that a child who knows Bitcoin or is introduced to Bitcoin early will become successful in the future. Many factors will influence a child's success because they still have a long way to go.
I don't know, but I think some people are too eager to force their principles on their children to follow in the footsteps of their success in this Crypto world, even though it's not certain that the children's path to success is in Bitcoin.
I agree with you and I think some people should underline your words "if they are interested too". Because I think a child's interests are not necessarily the same as our interests as parents.

I'm not a closed person and forbid parents to teach children about Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. I think that's good, but it has to be done in a gradual way and that they can understand.
But it's better before teaching something to our child's, we also have to be able to see the abilities and potential that our children have first.
Don't let our good intentions for our children actually hinder our children's development or interest in something they want.


Yes, you're right, at the age of children, I think it's better to focus first on developing their cognitive abilities, teaching them good norms and attitudes, and making sure they get enough love or affection.
In my opinion, it is better to introduce Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency when they are already in their teens or mature enough to be able to digest a thought or a concept of Cryptocurrency.

You are absolutely right, I have seen many children who are earning good money in their school age and instead of being a burden on their parents, they are earning their own expenses with their own skills. Bitcoin platform is also a great earning platform but here children will need capital along with skills. While capital is not available to every child. Apart from Bitcoin, there are many other fields  Where without capital they can earn well with their skills.

Now time has changed, it is very important to teach children skills along with education. I think all parents must teach their children some skill along with their education, because even those who learned a skill from a young age were always ahead in the race for success.

Passing them all our assets like bitcoin will definitely make their lives comfortable in the future, but that is not the best way we will prepare them for their future life’s battles. Instead, educating them and making them understand how valuable money is, especially for bitcoin. That way, they will work on their own using their own knowledge and honed skills even without us around. For me, that is the biggest gift and achievement we can ever pass on to our children.

Educating them at the best of our ability is probably the smartest thing to do as soon as they reach their right age that they can comprehend enough everything we want to instill them about bitcoin. Teaching kids about bitcoin at school age won't distract them too much from schoolwork. I can imagine that you could teach them at home while relaxing and enjoying your free time on the couch, but of course you know better how to strategie if you have every intention of teaching. I will do it when they are ready, but now it seems I can't teach it to them yet.

Currently there are many school-age children who have succeeded in making their own money because of their skills. They have an android in their hands and for kids who have an interest in economy class, they definitely have smart way to use their android for useful things.

The reasons below, prevented me from teaching Bitcoin to my children, early on, for me too early and early.


Because I don't have time to supervise them, of course I can't teach them about Bitcoin for now, children for me knowledge at school is very important, instead of having to teach them about Bitcoin.

Giving children bitcoin as gift is not a bad one but the age at which to be given that is what matters, children that are under age don't need bitcoin because they are not matured enough to keep it safe. What children needs to understand well is to know what wallet will be good for bitcoin and the best way to store the seed phrase, by the time all this have been introduced to them by the time they get to the age of investing , they will not have problems because they already know the importance things which they suppose to know.

The age range would have been more preferred to the word children, If the age range was specific it would have been easy to say if it will be a nice idea introducing them or it will be too early. Personally from infanthood i will simply design the kids room with basic coins and a few simple crypto slangs like FUD, FOMO, HODL make them colourful and eye catchy without definition.

Diving deep should be when the have reached teenage age, by then the should have mastered the key words in their rooms and the hunger to know what those words means must have ignited in them. Reasons been that it is more easier teaching someone who is eager and already has an idea of the subject matter than introducing it as a fresh topic.

Parents want only the best for their children so we will do everything to give them a bright future. But I believe by making them educated on bitcoin in the first place is the best legacy that we can pass on. Instead of providing them some bitcoin for their future, it’s best if we can also share with them how to accumulate bitcoin so that they will know what to do in case we’ll not be around anymore.

A good investment for any child should having some bitcoin in store for the kids and just as it us important to enlighten them from now, so it is very important to help accumulate more coin for them from now before they're of age to handle it themselves.
There are cases of parents saving up money in the banks for their kids and though that's bad, but I will rather recommend  saving and investing in bitcoin  since its a very long term investment for the kids.

I disagree with the bolded text. So you mean that our children in the future might not make any gain from Bitcoin because it's might be high at that time? You mean that if I have a children when the price of Bitcoin is $100,000, it will stay at that price, and will not go up anymore? They can still make gains from Bitcoin as long as the price of it goes up.

Teaching our children about Bitcoin is a good gift, but it isn't only the good gift that we parents can share to them.
You can never go wrong with knowledge indeed, but it would be better to teach our children with regards to investing in general, and not only Bitcoins. Teach them the do's and don'ts in investing. Teach them the must follow tips and tricks that will help them not get scammed. Teach them everything that you know in order for them to be a successful investor in the future. Don't teach them only Bitcoin. Teach them the fundamentals.

Or better still make enough riches now so your children won't have to be saving Bitcoin to get rich themselves instead they'll just be spending the ones they inherited from their parents since probably Bitcoin would be a globally accepted currency by that time your children can stand spending money. Obvious you'll teach them what you know and how to invest in the market with other new knowledge as they come out. You'll lectures them and make them enjoy investment and then they can expend your fortune to other businesses that at the end they'll be accepting Bitcoin to home with the adoption.

Our child will still profits from buying Bitcoin though because Bitcoin in years to come by will always give profits to do those who trust it and have the patience to wait. Bitcoin will still be volatile by then and they can buy low and sell high and with the amount of money you would have left for them, the can buy Bitcoin in more larger quantities and hold for bull market to come by so they sell and make profits.

I don't agree with you. Because we found it hard on our own. We didn't have anyone to teach us. Now bitcointalk is a nice forum to learn. Again we know something that we can show our children. So they can learn more from us very easily. .
