I feel pity for our fellow Filipino who are enlisted there . Actually, I'm shocked because they are still many (IMO) despite of tons of discussions circulating on our local board about how important the rules are. Until now, I am still wondering why some of us have the guts to risk their own reputation in exchange of few bucks — what a desperate move. Is it really worth fighting for? Nah! I don't think so. I guess the red tags they got are enough proof for me to say that.

For the rest of Filipino members out there, please obey the rules at all times. This is not about your reputation alone but the reputation of of our local board as well. So please cooperate .

I see where this is heading, then you'll apply for smerits with your other alts and merit your new account probably ranking them up to ranks you can use to join signature campaign and continue from where you stopped. Better learn from this current experience and comply with the unwritten rules of the community. There's no crime in having alts but don't abuse the features of the forum with them.

Before now, I was only interested in the accounts that made a fool out of me by cheating in a signature campaign I managed but now all alts are getting a tag from me. I think I have tagged all but I feel we haven't seen the end of this yet. More drama are on the way, keeping my eyes on this thread.

PS: can someone investigate this two accounts, I'm not buying his defence claims of not been alts.

I'm just giving an example of how harsh the community could be if this is what they see from a particular group as the normal. I'm not gonna ban countries as of now, Just making a point.

I would like to speak on behalf of all the Flipino in the Pilpinas section. I am hoping Yahoo, and other campaign manager will not ban the Filipino in their campaign. I am watching this thread also since yesterday cause it's one of the biggest farm that I see here in the bitcointalk and my countrymen is involve here. I would like to say that one abuser does not represent the whole Filipino community. We have a lot of great posters and reputable members that have outstanding contribution here in forum just like sir Dabs and Mr.big.

I am hoping that you would still see us, and treat us as a normal member here in bitcointalk community. Thankyou.

You have entrepreneur skill and it's a good thing. Let's not discredit it.
Having alt account is okay in this forum as long as you do not cheat and follow the rules. You would be fine if you were not cheating the campaigns. You understand that a lot of other users did not get place because of you? You think this is fair.

Now, here is the most important responsibility I feel (personally) - this is a community and the goal here is to spread THE Bitcoin. The community has a standard and by obeying and respecting the community value and contributing in the community if I can get paid for the work I am already doing then that's not a problem. Problem is if my sole purpose is to make this space a business and when we do this then we surely compromise with community value.

I see some additional accounts too. I will tag them now and if anyone come up with an explanation to clean up the tag then I am here to listen.

Please don't do this. I understand why you are saying this and the herd (we are animal, don't we :-P ) will do the same. I have high expectations from some signature campaign managers and you are one of them.

One man, one small group (considering an entire country any group is very small) can not define the whole nation. Punish those who prove to be guilty not from the math/statistics. This will be unfair for those users who are legit and really making their contribution to the community even if the number is only one.

While your situation IRL may be shit, that doesn't give you the right to abuse campaigns. This forum is not at fault for the life you were born in to. That's just the luck of the draw man.

What you're going to do is hurt your countrymen by being an abuser. Now I as  manager am not sure I can trust users from the Philippines. Maybe they're all your alt accounts? I don't know if i'll actually ban users from your country, but you see how your actions could hurt others living in the same lifestyle as yourself?

Your actions also make it hard for people to trust users from your country. People are going to read this thread and think, fucking 3rd world scammers or something along those lines.

It is not illegal to own multiple accounts. You are correct when you say half the members on this forum have multiple accounts. Where you are wrong is enrolling these accounts into the same campaign. Even applying in the same campaign is considered abuse IMO. You can enroll 1 account per campaign and be totally fine. This also includes bounties. Most bounties are 1 account per user types as well. Your greed will only hurt others around you is all i'm saying.

Hello fellas, I know everyone is so shocked/upset towards this case. Believe me, I am too. I didn't knew the concept of HD wallet, that's why I'm fucked rn and this happened. It's not a normal bust because there's too much account involved here; including this account (Polar91). And I know that you know that I still have many accounts right there who's yet to be discovered and you're right. I still have hundreds of accounts who are yet to be discovered. Some of them are currently in signature campaign. Go check them all busters if you can. But I doubt that you can since most of them are not linked to my busted HD wallet. I'm using an exchange wallet for my other accounts. In order to make things clear, I'm admitting that these accounts whom got busted belongs to me. I'm not writing this to appeal nor defend myself with regards to this case but rather to make things clear.

So here's the story why I did this. I'm currently a student. I started joining signature campaign since 2016 (I'm senior highschool that time). At that time, my lunch money (baon) seems not enough for me thus I told myself that I needed to workhard to buy foods that I wanted to eat. Until such time, I've seen a bigger opportunity as my classmates asked me to borrow my account thus they can make profit too. So I made a deal with them. You know what kind of deal it is. And that continues until now. I know it seems to be wrong with you because you have decent life but if you're on my shoes, I'm pretty sure that you'll do the same.

It's so sad on my/our side (my classmates are sad too as because of this they don't have any source of income) because I've worked hard so much with these busted accounts specially in my main account (Polar91) as I've made a lot of translations with this account (some are to earn profit and some are just to help my countrymen). I've also strived to reach this rank because as merit applied in 2018, I'm just a senior member thus I need to make efforts to reach my desired rank and I made it. However it was all gone now as my reputation has been destroyed already. I've made useful and helpful translations with this account. Some of my alts have translations too which are helpful also. You may check them all because I'm not lying. I wanted to link them all but it doesn't matter anyway as it won't change your mind that what I did was so unfair and unjust. I know myself that I disobeyed forum rules and trust me I didn't intend to do that. I know myself that I'm not the only one. Half of members in this forum have atleast two or more accounts, I guess.

Anyway, I would like to thank people who reported me (@Bitcoin_Arena, @cheater detector). I merited Bitcoin_Arena for your good work. Keep it up. You both are good in destroying someone's life and I hope that good things happen to you.

Another thing, since my busted accounts are not useful to me anymore and they have smerits currently, I'm giving away my smerits. I think it's better to give them away to my fellow countrymen. I'll just create a thread and ask them to post their quality post. I'll do this to compensate for everything.

People don't understand how much time is needed to research and expose cheaters like this.
Lot of time and effort invested for sure.

If signature campaigns is their only source of income. such people will do anything possible to earn a decent amount here, they have all the time. I have a sibling whom i trust so much and is sometimes active in the forum but we have never shared a single address. Hell i even don't have access to any of his private keys and he doesn't have access to mine

What is peculiar about these accounts is that they apply in the same signature campaign one after the other on top off sharing addresses from the same HD wallet.

It might not be a single person, but who knows.  I've been fairly confident that whole families engage in bounties, sig campaigns, and whatever else, and there are probably community bounty farms whereby all the members pool their funds together into one wallet.  But in the end, it's impossible to say what's really going on when you find crap like this.  When accounts are tagged, you'll start hearing all sorts of excuses and pleading--but there's just no telling what the truth actually is.

With this many accounts, though, I doubt it's a single individual.  Possible but unlikely.

I also accidentally saw Twitter used by Blackdeath and Ashong Salonga, in my opinion they are the same person.

26 linked accounts? Damn, the person that does that cant be a human being cause it a typical signal of been heartless but going through the name i saw Polar91 on who's name seems popular on this forum  and it will be better we hear from him.
@Lauda, the wallet seems not be an exchange wallet and i dont think the excuse of brother, sister, mother, father, siblings can work in this situation.

Looks like the high ranking members who have been caught now became active in the forum because of the last year Cryptotalk campaign and they had amassed over 0.2BTC in the last 6 months. Once they got banned by Yahoo62278, they tried to cheat other bounties too. So the effect of the Cryptotalk campaign is still affecting the forum    I wonder how many more all still out there 

Bitcoin_Arena, thank you very much for your investigation. Ashong Salonga and criza were excluded from our Signature campaign without payment.

We will follow this topic in case Ashong Salonga and criza give any credible explanation. But taking into account all discussed above we are doubtful that there could be any proof of their being not guilty.

Great catch. So with the help of wallet explorer, we can easily find the alt and bounty cheater.  

BTW I can add something more to be sure about these participants are alt or handling by one person.
